Bruce's Tire & Auto Service in San Jose

I got new tires and an alignment. While drive home latter that day I noticed a mechanical clunking sound comming from the steering as I turned back and forth. I puller over before I got on the freeway and found that MY STERRING BOX was coming off!!!! How does a tire and alignment shop not notice something so dangerous as the heart of the steering system is COMMING OFF!!!!??? If I hadn't noticed the sound and got on the freeway as planed, I could have killed someone or myself. WOW REALLY
