America's Tire in San Jose

First off, ON TIME. Thank god. I ordered the tires in advance and everything was ready on time and installed fast. I waited with my car and was out in less than an hour. Totally worth it! The warranty is nationwide and excellent and the prices are competitive. A very good experience.

I went here to get my damaged tire replaced. The damage happened last night during their business hours, but nobody answered the call. So I waited until next morning. I checked in by walk in, and they said they're gonna take care of it in an hour and half. But I'm still waiting for my service done, and it's been already Five hours and no update at all. This was an emergency, and I don't think they care about the customer. I saw a bunch of staffs were in the office but nobody would like to answer any call.

This is for the Monterey road location Bad service bad customer service. Forgot to order parts, never call that they came in which should have been put on the same time rims and tires were installed. Had to call them and ask where are my parts, "O" they're here sitting under the counter. This is about three weeks when I had the rims and tiers out on. I picked them up had them put on when I had the the car lowered. Then I got a text saying its time for a tire pressure and windshield check waited 20 min and finally left. Would not Recommend them at all Now this is for the Monterey store! America's Tire Campbell and America's Tire Brokaw are a lot better place to go.

Awesome experience at America’s Tires on Monterey Rd in San Jose. This was my second time getting our tires replaced and both times everything went seamlessly. I was helped by both Christian and Joey who were very patient and highly knowledgeable about the best tire options for your specific car. Be sure to make an appointment and call beforehand to make sure they have your tires in stock. Highly recommend America’s Tires Monterey Rd !!

The young men in the front of the store were professional and accommodating. The location had plenty of parking and the store was clean. The software texted us when the vehicle was ready which was perfect. The shop did our tires efficiently and prices were reasonable. These men need a raise!

Arrived around 8:30 and no one is waiting in line. If you don’t have an appointment make sure to arrive early! They got my tire changed in like 40 minutes, put my spare back and even had it charged. Recommended!

Nice clean place, staff friendly and efficient. I was impressed with how quick I got my car back! I highly recommend! I ordered my tires through Tire Rack and had them shipped directly here, since they're a contacted facility and it was awesome. Two thumbs up!👍👍

I had a tire shop put the wrong tires on my trailer, and the tire was about to blow. I came in right before they closed and they still were willing to accommodate me even though I had been turned away by many other tire shops. I highly recommend this location. Casey went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is safe for me to drive home.
