Absolutely wonderful experience. Isaiah performed a maintenance tuneup on our system and was thorough and professional. He answered our questions and coached us through the pros and cons of some of our choices regarding an older furnace and a/c unit. He was awesome with our dogs and even brought in a heavy delivery for us unsolicited. Isaiah gets ALL the stars!

Service champion promise a lot, but delivery has been horrible. Weve had them install a new heat pump system over a year ago, and had many issues with it. They have done an offensively bad job at addressing issues, sometimes taking weeks and weeks of me calling them back, being told they will get back to me with an update, and then never hearing back. I cant imaging you can do much worse than this. We will never do business with them again.

It s not done yet but so far it s good. I ve still got some more questions to ask but Chris Grady has been great answering everything. Thanks. Done good job

Kenny is an exceptional young man. His work ethic is impeccable. He arrived on time, introduced himself, explained the aspect of the visit and was sure to ask if there were any questions or concerns. He was not in a hurry to move on and gave his full attention to the job which was a cleaning and maintenance of the furnace. A detailed easy to read statement was provided with a verbal explanation of what it all meant. Kenny also did a thorough check of the duct and intake ducts under the house and in the attic. Both areas required suiting up. He paid careful attention not allow debris from the powdery dirt under the house or the loose insulation in the attic track through the house. I am very pleased with his consideration. The inspection of the ducts is a bonus because of the assurance of what if any needed to be done and options were given. We have a maintenance agreement on our HVAC system with Service Champions and it is well worth the price. Our furnace stopped working on the cusp of a freeze warning. Ryan came over on Sunday afternoon, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He hung around for 30 minutes to be sure that everything continued to work. The total cost was very reasonable thanks to our member discount. I highly recommend these guys.

We had an outstanding experience with Heber from Service Champions. He initially came to address a noise issue with our tankless water heater. After running a thorough diagnosis, he determined that the water heater was functioning normally and went above and beyond by recommending to his management team to remount the unit by inserting additional insulation layer and anti-vibration mounts between the unit and the wall to mitigate the noise issue. During his visit, we also mentioned a separate issue with our faucets, where cold water was coming out lukewarm. Despite this not being part of his original scope, Heber took the initiative to diagnose the problem and proactively took responsibility for fixing it. He even went out to purchase the necessary parts and worked tirelessly on the project until 7 PM to ensure everything was resolved before he left. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression on us. The service technician, Dominic Serrano, was very helpful in recommending upgrades (i.e, attic insulation, surge protection, etc.) during our recent HVAC system maintenance appt. He conducted himself in a very professional manner; but was at ease when speaking to me at a non-technical when asked I asked questions or reviewing his findings and recommendations. We will likely act upon his recommendations in the months to come.

When my heater failed on a Saturday just before I was leaving my wife at home for a week I tried to get it fixed before I left. After several attempts I was lucky enough to find Service Champions. They responded immediately and we were up and running in a few hours. Anthony Gonzalez did an amazing job. They truly are champions.

I was scheduled for 8-10am appt. for WOW A/C tune up I got a call from the office at 730am letting me know my appt tech would be there 8-830! usually, other service companies 8-10 means showing up at 10 or after, and that correlates to half your morning gone. Jake Owen arrived within the time frame. His professional appearance and demeanor was appreciated, and also how 1st contact with customer should be. Jake was very knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that made me comfortable. after he was done with inspection, he summarized findings and advised appropriately. then cleaned up area. I was very satisfied with Service Champions so much that I signed up for the maintenance value plan (MVP) for one year. Im very picky who comes in my house for servicing. if they dont pass the 1st impression part? its a no-go. based on my experience, these guys are number one!! thanks Jake for everything.

Hired Service Champions to check on why heater wasnt working. The technician Adrian Urena came out to investigate and discovered and clearly explained the issues. Basically, what ended up happening, since my unit was very old, was to have service rep Ben Avila come out to discuss next steps. Both of them were easy to work with and took the time to explain what the work would be. I m now in the process of getting a new heater system installed. will my post update when completed Update: OMG!! The crew of Fares, Oscar, Yahir and Tu completed the job of installing the new heater unit with new thermostat controller and all of the air ducts ( upstairs and under the house) including a new outlet in the kitchen in ONE DAY!!! They kept me informed of their progress and explained everything that they did. I cannot thank them enough for getting the job done so efficiently and so quickly!! 10 stars !

Overall, the service is good. The issue was not resolved because the issue seems quite big, but Joseph is patient and explained a lot of details. Will request more maintainence service in the future.

Technicians are knowledgeable but management is pathetic. They are not able to route them in a timely manner. MVP is not worth at all. Tune-ups never happen on time. Repair charges after MVP are not cheap too.

Oscar arrived right on time, was careful with booties on his feet, immediately dealt with the problem, double-checked that all was working correctly and even helped me by replacing the burned out attic bulb with a new bulb I gave him. The convenience of being a Service Champions VIP customer is priceless. I called this morning with the problem and received a 4-7pm appointment, accommodating my busy day. The expertise, considerateness and good manners of their service people is amazing. I would not do business with any other company, no matter how much I could save. Peace of mind and trust are worth their weight in gold.

Andy Mendoza-Diaz was professional, pleasant and thorough. Clearly explained the recommended work and after completing it - showed me the the test results indicating it was functioning as it should. (He also explained other Service Champion services I had inquired about)

This call was a simple restart of the pilot light on the water heater, but it was a bit tricky and I couldn t get it to go. Max explained the process and did some additional checks just to make sure all was well. So happy he was able to come so quickly and that hot water was again restored. Update 1/21/25: same water heater, now was identified as a problem with the unit that was installed. Armando was calm and courteous, quickly settled my concerns for a quick resolution. He ordered a new water heater and set up a warranty installation for tomorrow morning. I so relieved!

There was water pooling by the furnace. Nino diagnosed the problem as a faulty condensation pump. He was able to replace it quickly and found that a circuit breaker had been tripped as well. His fix took care of both problems. Very happy with the results.
