Joe's Glass in San Jose

Joe's Glass was the only company we could get to solve our problem--a skylight that while not yet leaking but was falling apart inside and looked completely trashy with random pieces of plastic falling down. Joe's employees were helpful and professional. They never pushed to replace the skylight because it hadn't failed. But when we asked them to replace it they went above and beyond. They came when they said they would, were professional, clearly knew what they were doing and got it done. We could not be more pleased and when we have another glass issue arise Joe's Glass will be our first call.

Super nice and friendly

Joe is a knowledgeable and experienced contractor I wouldn't hesitate to recommend! He replaced a cracked pane in an old victorian window quickly and affordably, when other contractors turned down the job saying the risk of damaging the old window was too great and that the whole window frame needed to be replaced. When I sent a photo of the window, Joe immediately identified how the window was constructed and how to remove the old glass. Scheduling was a little tricky, but he showed up on time and did the job perfectly and efficiently in under an hour, with no damage to the window frame or other panes! Really appreciated his skills.

Great experience. I got an estimate over the phone, the next day he came to check the dimensions, and within a week my glass had been replaced. And even though the glass was different than I thought, and certainly more expensive, he didn't raise the price from the original estimate.

Joe was professional in every sense of the word. He returned calls, showed up when he said he would, didn't change the price from his estimates, and worked quickly and cleanly. I had him do windows inside my house but won't hesitate to use him for anything glass related!
