Lotus Glass in San Jose

I've been using lotus Glass for over 15 years. They've always come through for me with great products, great prices, their turnaround time is amazing, I literally can't say enough good things about lotus and their staff.

I had a broken sun room glass door and I’m thankful to have met Christine - owner of this shop. She is an amazing lady, very professional in helping me choose the right glass (thickness, dimensions, type ) and order it proactively to get it to me faster than most glass shops. I would highly recommend this glass shop for all your glass needs. The staff in this shop are very knowledgeable and was kind in helping load in my car with great attention and suggesting me how to put the glass on and safety instructions. Overall I was very pleased with my purchase (very reasonable price for a 34x76 tempered glass, the best price in whole city/ US!).

Lotus is the only place that I have ever let do my glass repair. The owner had always taken care of me fast and efficient and I have never had a problem. Just had some insurance work done and OEM glass was approved and installed in a matter of hours. Thank you the only place I will continue to use for all my glass repairs.

Super quick, efficient and great work for very reasonable price. So much better and faster than what the dealership quoted. I am very happy with the service I received after my driver’s side car window was busted into in the Caltrain lot. Definitely recommended!

Great service. I took my 1991 Toyota Pickup to get the windshield replaced. The lady in the front (did not get her name) made sure my windshield got the correct parts. It took about a hour and 15 minutes to get it done. Quick service. Thank you Lotus Glass.

This is a Korean owned business, the owners are absolute angels. I'm surprised at the negative reviews here. I've been a customer for about 3 years now. The Korean lady is so sweet, from offering Korean coffee while I wait for the work to be done to Korean cuisine recommendations. She works hard and the shop does good work. I've never had a problem everytime I've come here. I feel like the people writing negative reviews here aren't including the full story here. For as long as I've known her for her, she's always taken care of me, my family, and my friends that I refer to her (and no name drops). This is not a shady shop nor do they pull shady business tactics like I've encountered from other glass shops What keeps me coming back here is the customer service. The Lady is a real bad a$$, y'all.

Lotus Glass saved the day. My rear glass shattered the day before thanksgiving and nobody had the part/closed for holidays. I called Lotus and they told me to come right away and they took care of it within the promised time window. They cleaned up the glass as best as they could & were very kind to me. It’s been two weeks now and the glass has settled perfectly and it’s just like the original one we had.

Korean-run local business with good service and reasonable prices. I used Lotus Glass to install mirrors and a shower door for a remodel, and they did it at a reasonable price and did a great job. I drove to the store and talked to the owner in person. There is a friendly dog who stays at the shop which was dressed in a totoro outfit when we visited. The owner is very friendly, but busy. He gave us a fair price and came out personally to measure the areas for installation. He had no issues with taking his shoes off to protect our floors, and the guys who came out to install also laid down cloths and used the booties we provided. They were very professional and did not damage any part of the house (which is brand new right now!). The job was done to our satisfaction, and I'd definitely use Lotus Glass again if it ever becomes necessary. Apparently they also do car windshields, but I have not used that service.
