Highly recommend for pre purchase inspections. Dont buy a car without Charles! I do all my work on my classic cars and consider myself pretty knowledgeable for a DIYer, but I completely missed the issues Charles found with the car i was considering. He saved me from buying a shiny, freshly painted car that was hiding some pricey suspension issues. SUPER easy to schedule on his website. Shows up on time and did the inspections with the buyer even when i was not able to be there at the same time. Great communication. Super thorough reports and also made a point of calling me after each car inspection to talk it through and answer any questions. Customer service like this doesn't exist anymore. Definitely work with this guy. I'm so happy with the car I ended up buying and happy I didn't get any of those shiny lemons!

Very reliable, he came at a respectable time. During his inspection he wasted no time with letting me know the main issues including the cause and effect. He took as much as 20 minutes to resolve my issue and even after, he offered another respectable time he could come if to ever happen again. Would definitely recommend to the next.

Today I paid the following $925 the Crankshaft sensor, Water pump belt and Alternator Belt. The parts were cheap the labor is the sum of my payment plus the markup on each part purchased from the mechanic and not the store which equals 50%. If you need a fair price, I would hire someone other than Charles but if you need your car maintenance in a pinch then...thanks!

Had Charles come out to extract a broken water pump bolt. He was fast , reliable, hassle free and straight to the point. 10/10 would recommend

Charles was reliable, professional and did a great job on my Volvo battery replacement! It wasn't the right battery at first but he quickly figured it out and fixed the problem. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Charles and his shop!

I used Charles to replace a dead battery on a weekend. The service was convenient but expensive. Fast forward 3 months, the car won’t start and the battery is the culprit. My regular mechanic tested the battery and determined it has a bad cell. Taking advantage of the battery’s warranty through Charles was going to be extremely inconvenient and expensive. I’d have to take out the battery, drive it to Charles and then pay for him to drive back out to replace it. I understand his time is money, but not a great customer experience when I already overpaid for the initial service. Just something to consider when you’re looking for a longer term relationship with a mechanic.
