Overall my experience was great. Good people that know what they're doing are there, both upfront and the ones getting dirty in the back. However, your parts prices are a bit high.

We highly recommend the capital Acura service department. When you drive up to the service area, Ryan greets you and escorts you into the office to speak to your service rep. Our service rep is George, He’s patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable about any work that needs to be done to the car.

Easy setup over the website. Regular MDX maintenance service was performed. The service advisor was very helpful. Explained clearly what services are needed, no pushing to get anything I didn't want to have included, & honored pricing difference I have seen in a promotional offer. Service team provided a comprehensive list of upcoming maintenance items. I am familiar with the vehicle and their analysis is pretty much spot on. Again no pressure to do any of the work right then. Recommend this dealer for service.
My service advisor George Centeno always stays in contact with me from the moment my car arrives until I pick it up. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to hear me out. Capital Acura takes customer care serious and they go above and beyond in helping address issues and concerns.

Scheduling an appointment was super fast and convenient. Once scheduled, you are immediately sent a text and email notification with your service date and time, and you receive regular reminders leading up to the date of your appointment with the option of adding it directly to your online calendar. The department itself was not super busy and the service was completed before the estimated time.

I had an alignment, oil change and rear brakes serviced. The work was done perfectly and did not take very long to complete. I had some questions about further work on the car and my new service advisor Hector took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. My car had the engine light on if I went over 30mph so I slowly drove home from work avoiding steep inclines. After hours by the time I reached home so I drove in to the service center at 7:30am and got the first appointment.
