i have got invoice from them against my payment but till now i did not received my parts.

Got a used visor with electric cord last week, liked their service, (they remove the part for you), quick service, very reasonable pricing. If they don’t have it in field they will try to order it from another location. I ordered two more used parts that they didn’t have at the onsite field today, supposed to arrive in a couple of days.

Customer service is ok, but they didn't have what I was looking for.

"I had a very bad experience with this shop. Before placing an order for a seat, I called and specifically asked if they could check the seat to ensure it was in good condition. The person on the phone assured me that the seat was in good condition and had no issues. Based on this information, I decided to order the seat. However, when I arrived to pick up the seat after driving almost 2 hours, I was told that the seat had damaged airbags. This was a complete waste of my time and effort, and I am very disappointed with the misleading information and poor service provided by this shop. I would not recommend this place to others."

Order my part through the phone. Very fast and efficient. Good prices and overall great customer service.

I bought a used spare tire from these guys.pro is they can find what u need, even if it's hard to find. Con is that they seem pretty unprofessional. Seems like they'll charge u extra fees just cause they feel like it w/o saying anything. Quoted me 120 on the phone. When I got there it jumped up to almost 200. Didn't tell me why or anything. I was in a hurry so I didn't question it, Felix seemed to have went thru a lot to get it. In the end, I kinda regret contacting them. Edit: lowered from a 2 to 1 star. I asked around and it seems like it's a repeated thing that they do. This is border line scamming. be warned.

This guys are crooks. I inquired about a part that costs as low as $208 + tax at a Toyota dealerhip. This guys first told me a $225 price then lowered it to $200, which of course i wasn't interested. After calling them again later they told me a $165 price which wasn't great considering ~$150 used prices for this part on ebay with free shipping, but it was an ok deal anyway. I drove 40 miles to them, and found out the price is back to $200, and the least they can do is $180. Fine. I needed some other part which they agreed to sell for $85. After getting the part out, one of the two mounting points where broken and an electric plug, female type was broken. The only discount i could get after a thorough 15-20 min negotiation for broken part was $10. Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing this company.
