I recently purchased a 2018 Audi RS3 and wanted to find a new shop to take care of the car. I had been getting routine maintenance completed at ZTF and their prices are fair and the crew is helpful. I had a major mechanical failure where my rear diff exploded and luckily I had purchased a warranty. I got in contact with Jamil who's the manager of the ZTF San Jose location and he told me to have the car towed to the shop. He navigated the whole process for me for the warranty claim and all the logistics for that. The car ended up being at the shop for nearly 2 months due to the rear diff not being available and having to be shipped from Germany. Jamil was super nice about it and checked in with me regularly to keep me updated with the progress. Over all it was a great experience with them and I will absolutely keep coming back for all my automotive needs.

Jamil, a long-time member of their team, took the time to truly understand the issue and, with his expert knowledge, quickly diagnosed the problem: loose screws in my transmission mount! This wasn't the first time ZTF has come to my rescue. On previous occasions, they've helped me navigate incorrect repair suggestions and inflated invoices from other shops. This is my go to place for work on my SQ5. They are honest and do a great job. They usually go the extra mile to help explain work that needs to be addressed in the short term as well monitor trouble areas for you. With each visit, they show you the history of the problem areas and give you an estimate of the useful life left of the part before a change or repair is required. There is no pressure. Just honest facts so definitely trust worthy folks. They also use genuine Audi parts so I am good with that.

I found ZTF on the HRE (wheels) website, as their local dealer and installer. I purchased the wheels from ZTF and they installed them for me. The experience, with Jamil, and Satoru (HRE), was top notch, from ordering to install. I waited there in their giant shared waiting room, also 1st class. Apparently one of their primary services is Audi service and modifications, but I just got the wheels. They cleaned the wheels and shined the tires. They also sent my "old" wheels up to their Fremont shop, closer to my house.

Solid, honest work. No hard upsells, easy to work with, fair prices. Quotes always include photos supporting their findings. Been bringing my Audi here since my service contract expired and I’ve been happy to find a trusted shop that specializes in VAG cars.
