I dont normally write reviews, but these guys are just fabulous. They are honest, reliable, efficient and charge a fair price, they work on my BMW, Jeep, and Caddi and do a great job on them all. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Nick Very friendly and fix my car for free. Today I found that a floor panel under my car was loose and it made a sound when it was dragged on the ground. When I was looking for a car repair shop on the map, I saw the customer feedback of Winfield NOT Auto Repair. Almost all five stars, so my husband and I came here together. An elderly master received us and helped us drive the car into the workshop. After a while, Nick came, with a smile that made people feel very friendly. He checked my car and asked us to wait in the office where there would be drinks. Nick quickly helped us fix the loose floor plate, and also checked the tire pressure for us very thoughtfully and carefully. When we were ready to pay, Nick said there would be no charge. Their shop is skilled, considerate, honest and reliable. I will recommend it to my family and friends.

Winfield NT Auto repair is a great place to have you Auto repair work done. It is a small shop, but the service is very good the mechanic pointed out the cause and fixed it free. Then showed me how to do pro maintenance to save me money. Very honest and friendly staff. 30 min free diagnostic evaluation. $90 an hour labor ( I know mechanics at $180 an hour). TV, cola, and water free for you while you wait. Open Saturdays too. Again I went to NT Auto Repair. My Toyota Engine light came on and I start a new job on Monday. I was stressing out and it apparently was an easy repair and I wanted to pay for it and and Nick ( the owner) fixed it for free, NT is very honest and professional and friendly He pointed out future proactive issues that I have pay attention to You will not find a better auto repair shop in the s San Jose area .

I have never used their service, but just one advice from them fix a problem that no shops can figure out in the past one year. It is what professional is like.

They tell you on the phone that the oil change is $55 to trick you to bring you in but when youre ready to pay, it goes up to $65 they say taxes, deposit and recycle your old oil you have to pay for. Greed is a sin stay away

I stopped by with my Toyota Minivan showing error code due to air intake was loose. Nick helped to put it back together and clear the code for me. Best of all, he wouldnt charge me anything for his time. What an awesome guy. I am planning to use Winfield NT going forward for my Asian car maintenance.

I had issue with my car AC not blowing cold air and it was fixed (still need to test it out over summer, however they indicated to come back if it happens again). Not a big large shop still someone attended the phone (I had tried calling couple others before this one and it was hard to get someone respond). Also they are on Google Maps Chat, and you could chat with them through it. They are genuine & no-hassle shop. As other reviewers experience, Nick is humble and provided above expectation service.

I should have reviewed this place sooner because we appreciate these guys so much. We ended up here by chance after our car broke down on an outing and their shop was nearby. Those first set of repairs were major but their pricing was so reasonable and Nick and T were both so kind that we decided to make this place our go-to car shop, even though its pretty far from where we live. We trust them and know were not being taken advantage of. Ive had my two toddler daughters with me most of the times I come by and they always offer us drinks and snacks. Car problems are frustrating but we actually look forward to stopping by to see Nick and T when issues come up because theyre so wonderful.

Got my honda accord serviced, Tee h was very quick to respond to messages and quotes was one of the most competitive one i received. Service was fast and he didn t try to sell me premium stuff for added costs

I was treated like family. Very good people work here. I didn t catch the older man s name but he truly helped me, made me feel like there s good people, although I m unsure of specific problem. I walked away with peace of mind in the possibile problems, And I m not quite in a place to afford a major part if that s what it needs. The gentleman noticed my oil was way over filled. He leveled me out. When I went to pay him he returned my money Shook my hand and directed me to where I could fix some other smaller problems in my car on my own. I know in the future I will take my automotive problems here.

I had contacted Winfield NT Auto Repair earlier this week regarding a quote and went in today for an oil change. Nick and T were great, they remembered my name and had ordered the oil filter for my car in advance so everything was ready to go. I didnt have an appointment and dropped in and was out in under an hour with full synthetic oil change for my Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel. I really appreciated their attention to detail and friendly service and the waiting room, while close quarters was well stocked with beverage choices and comfortable. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Nick is an amazing human being. I was visiting San Jose when I ran into car trouble. It was a Saturday afternoon and most of the auto shops were closed or about to close. I called Winfield NT and told Nick that I have to go back to LA on Sunday. He immediately agreed to look at my car. He resolved the issue within an hour. He was very honest and did a great job. I cannot thank him enough!

(copying my Yelp review here) I almost never leave reviews, but this is an exception. My experience with Nick, Tee, and the team was amazing, especially in comparison! I got a flat tire - second incident in 3 months. Last time, I decided to go to a nearby big franchise shop where the salesperson convinced me that the tire wasnt patchable and used my limited time situation to sell me their only new tire of my size for $330. I felt frustrated and robbed. Thanks to Yelp, I discovered Nick and Tee shop today morning. Heres exactly what made me a happy customer: 1. Tee picked up the phone in 5 seconds and confirmed that I could come by anytime so theyd take a look at the problem 2. At the store, they quickly identified that they can patch it up - for $25! 3. I briefly shared a couple of more requests - to change oil and put back anti-fog covers pushed off the bumper by small rocks. It took them about 15 minutes (no kidding) to do all 3 things! 4. They served hot tea and even small cookies for customers. Nothing fancy, but theses little things make a big difference. Im mentioning it also because the car was ready before I was able to finish the tea! 5. Lastly, I mentioned to the team that Ive been hearing a noise in my car when making a left turn. Nick accompanied me on a passenger seat for a short ride around the neighborhood to try to identify the issue. And since it wasnt clear what the issue was, Nick suggested taking another look at it by test driving it himself. Ultimately, he was able to understand the likely issue and came up with a sound recommendation, at no charge to me. In summary, Ive been really impressed by the teams great service, fast delivery, and honest pricing. I recommend checking out this shop to anyone. Seeing these many 5-star reviews doesnt surprise me at all.

Brought my Audi A5 AWD to them for a clutch and flywheel replacement they got it done in less than a DAY and they charged me a fraction of what every other shop had quoted me. I was so happy I sent my cousin to them for a diagnostic and in just a few hours they told him everything that was wrong and stopped him from spending money he was ready to spend. Amazing guys, great mechanics, super honest and ethical folks! Highly recommend!!

I needed a simple repair done on my car and shopped around for quotes and this place offered the best price by far. We made an appointment and dropped the car off and it was completed very quickly. The staff were all super welcoming and kind. If you have to wait at the location for your repairs they have lots of amenities there for the customers to make you feel comfortable and welcome. When I need repairs again in the future I will absolutely be going to this shop and I would recommend anyone in the area to do so as well.

This is the best, friendliest shop in all of Silicone Valley!! While we waited a short 20 minutes for a smog, we were offered water, soda, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, ice cream and even soup!

The estimated time I was given was less than what it really was. Tee and Nick make you feel at home in their office, offering drinks, ice cream and some other goodies. The work done on my 02 Camry was quick and VERY reasonable. I will continue taking my car to these gentlemen because of their honesty, welcoming and of course extremely reasonable prices. Tee and Nick are the BEST!!

Owner T is awesome! I went in for Knock Sensor issue as well as O2 sensor problems. We made appointment for another day.. While checking the codes, he noticed slow idle. Hes started working on it right away (lasted 25 minutes) without any assurance from me ever going back. He resolved the idle issue without charging me. Very knowledgeable and experienced guy. His estimate is $430 less that earlier Quote I got from another place. Thank you T Matt
