Tire Outlet Auto Service in San Jose

I have my Toyota sienna xle 2016 alignment done with tax was $126 for all 4 wheels. This place only do 4 wheels so make sure you asked first. Instead waiting 1 hr for the service I only needed to wait for 30 mins to get my car back. They did a very good job because it was steady and smooth on our way to Tahoe back and forth. The only down side was the time I have to wait to get my service since there's only 1 guy working in the front and he was busy taking too many phone calls. Beside that I would recommend this place. They have 6 months warranty for my car.

This is the first time I ever went to this business and was very happy with the service and the work that was done. They made sure I was aware of everything that was going on and that they had my approval to continue.

Well, never use this place ever again. Drop my car off first thing in the morning at 8 o’clock. I also did a lot of research on my own of the vehicle issues. I was having with a check engine light and a code. Gave them all the information for the code on check Engine light. charge $165 to diagnose charged me 500$ and took them all day to troubleshoot an old battery and it was giving multiple codes. Put a controller on it three time only one code popped up. After 5 minutes leaving their shop same issue. When I called back all they told was that battery was just to start out with and bring it back. Sounds like the mechanic was a lazy to troubleshoot or they didn’t look at it till the end of the day before they closed just to replace the battery and send it off like that. They care more about their fleet accounts as for what I’m seeing don’t want to spend the time on anything else. Or maybe they just need to stick to replacing tires they got good reviews for that!

Had a screw in my tire on my Tesla Model Y Performance. Showed up at 8am right when they opened and I was out in 30 min with the tire patched. Great price, great service. They dis-mounted the tire and installed the patch from the inside, the best way to do it.

I was recommended by Aikens to bring my car here because my tire light went on. I called in the morning and they said it was fine to bring the car in the afternoon. They took my car right away and told me I had a nail in my tire and it was an easy $30 repair. I was so relieved! The staff was so nice and in thirty minutes I was on my way. Thank you so much for taking such care of me and my car.

This place is amazing! When I requested a quote they got back to me in under 3 hours and they brought my car in. They fixed all my issues and they did it at a great price! I was requesting a oil change and a brake change as well as battery change. The customer service was top notch too. Highly recommend!
