Stress-Free Auto Care in San Jose

Though it’s truly impossible to be stress free (workers also have feelings!) it’s true this is the most stress free shop I’ve been to for my vehicle work. This particular location is conveniently located near the Valley Fair mall, its interior is situated with comfortable couches, work space, a coffee maker, and complimentary snacks. The work done on my vehicle was also met with a comprehensive overlook of other issues my vehicle has in the form of good, keep an eye out for, and urgently needing fixing. Instead of fear based language, pressure sales, or inhumane bias, the staff have been both generous and kind while also being professional and straightforward. They honor veteran discounts on some of their services (or products, can’t remember exactly). So good I’m coming back for my next fixtures!

Had a flat tire on a Monday morning on my way to work. They got me in right away and were able to fix my tire in less than an hour! Staff were so helpful on the phone and in the shop. Have had many tires replaced and repaired there and they always have been so helpful. Highly recommend.

My experience here was one of a *thorough* pre-purchase inspection of a car that I then purchased. Brian explained to me in great detail everything they found, making sure that I *really* understood everything very well. While I was camped out at their location during their inspection of my car, I saw how busy they were, with people coming in, lining up for service, etc., and I thought "Hmm, these guys are very busy -- most seem like repeat customers due to the conversation I'm hearing -- this is good." Brian spent extra time making sure I caught every detail of what they did with the car I'd end up purchasing, and I'm following their protocol of my particular car's individual issues that will need care or attention in the future of my driving the car regularly. This place really IS stress-free, they will (and should) gain your trust with your car.

Great service. Had a flat tire and they went through potential repair options. When none of those were viable because of damage to tire, they offered detailed options for a new tire. Pricing was clear and fair. One of the few tire shops that was open on a Sunday and they were able to get my repairs done same day. They even waited a bit after closing to allow for me to pick up my car. Highly recommend!

Definitely one of the best alignment shops in the Bay Area. The entire team is very knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. Not only did they go over every detail of my alignment, the turnaround time was super quick without hindering the quality of work. After this experience, I plan to bring in my other car for an alignment. Oh and they give you a free license plate frame which in turns give you a discount on future repairs/worm. These guys definitely earned their 5 stars

We have been going to Tires Unlimited/Stress Free Auto Care for over 15 years (with multiple vehicles). The repairs and scheduling and customer service are excellent. They update with texts, fix what’s needed, get our cars back on time, and give a detailed inspection report about items that will likely need attention in the future, so we can plan. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
