First time customer, had a great experience. Communicated everything clearly and kept me in the loop. They diagnosed and fixed the major issue I was having. The online car report and work authorization system is really nice. Unfortunate timing led to an unrelated issue which they covered for me even though it was not related to their work.

Michael has amazing customer service! He explains my car issues to me in everyday terms. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable to make decisions that are best for me regarding my car. They always ask for consent before they do anything to my car and they give me a good price breakdown. In my experience Reliable Auto has been respectful, fair, and friendly.

I dealt with Michael. I needed to have a purchased car inspection. I was out of town and offered to pay extra to have the car picked up and dropped off. Michael declined the offer and only charged a minimal amount for the uber fee. He charged me a very fair fee for a through inspection. He sent photos, a detailed explanation and didn’t try to sell me any service. The preventive age related repairs he suggested were fairly priced. Throughout the whole process, he was professional, knowledgeable, honest and helpful. I’m very private and don’t leave reviews but I am grateful and impressed with the wonderful service and integrity of this business. Thank you.

We have been going to Reliable for more than 15 years because I know my car will be repaired for a fair price and done right. They also stand behind their warranty on repairs. As an example, I had a clutch repaired two years ago by them, and when I noticed an issue with the clutch pedal now, two years later and way beyond any warranty, it was fixed for free. A couple of years ago, our 20-year-old car was taken to a dealership for an oil change, and they recommended several items for repair, stating the cost would start at $5,000. I took the car to Reliable, and all the work was completed for $800. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
