RED FLAG! DO NOT bring your car here. It is my duty to let you know after costed me $1500 lesson. Here is the reason. My daughter s car has been servicing at the Honda dealer for a while. The last time we had the service the dealer was about a month or two ago regarding to the EVAP system. The dealer checked everything else and nothing needs to attention or fix. The car was due for oil change last week, then my daughter want to bring her car to this place to do oil change since it is very close to our place (walking distance & convenient), I thought would be using this place for future car repairs since it is so convenient. After the oil change my daughter said her car keeps showing Check Charging System indicator. It seems odd that alternate failed after oil changed, so I decided to bring back to car to dealer (instead of this place). The problem is drive belt was poked a hole, caused alternator, then caused the battery dead. The bell is still very good condition, no worn out sign, but you can see through a hole. What would likely cause a good condition drive belt has a hole? I thought to give this business a chance by bring my car to this place which costed me $1500 lesson to fix the drive belt, alternator, and the battery at the dealer. So, I want to warm others to think twice before bring your car to this Quality Repair place.

Super fast radiator leak repair and brake pad replacement, in and out in a few hours in a busy Saturday without an appointment.

ZERO STARTS Very unprofessional! I there was a noice in my car so they charge me $100 for diagnosed and told me there s nothing wrong with the car, I insist what about the noise the manager say that you can drive with the noice no problem or we can change a part later that will cost about $ 1500 for nothing if you don t want the noice.. You can drive the car is nothing wrong with the car. Are you sure is ok I said. I paid . Next afternoon I drove in the freeway and ruin the transmission even though and after paying $100 for diagnostics and telling me there is nothing wrong. They do not know what they are doing very irresponsible. They are the worse. Too many people touching the car and one doesn t communicate with each other and they do not know what they are doing. Unqualified DO NOT GO THERE POOR SERVICE!

(4 MONTHS AGO) I just bought a 20 year old Volvo that needed new gaskets everywhere and was leaking oil. The helpful crew at Quality not only found and fixed everything but they also cleaned up all of the oil splatters and refilled all of the fluids under the hood! Quick and reliable service right in your own neighborhood. I definately give Quality a 5 star review! UPDATE: AGAIN, this car failed me on the freeway. I had it towed to QUALITY because Ive come to trust them. AGAIN, they exceeded my expectations and found and fixed everything! Ive come to trust everyone at QUALITY and I HIGHLY recommend this location for all of your automotive needs. 5 STARS again and again.

My A/C was not working properly in my oldest vehicle and I took it to these guys. I was absolutely impressed by how quickly they diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a span of four (4) hours. Came to Quality for an oil change and to get the air in my tires topped off as they were low. Oil change went smoothly but techs did not add air to my tires at all. Manager said to just drive the car for a few minutes and the warning light would turn off. It did not so I checked my tires myself and found out that they were 10psi below the recommended fill level. Not sure I want to trust a place where a tech doesn t know how to check the air in your tires.

I went there today 05/08/2023 . I had a coupon for getting 28.99 USD for smog check . The owner of the shop was supper rude , stingy , with cocky attitude. He came to me and said we don t do coupons, when I asked him about the Quality main web site , and the reason they don t want accept my coupon , he start laughing and ignore my request . So I went again online and I came to Quality car center in Milpitas and they took care of me very well . Don t go to this shop . The owner is supper greedy and rude

I brought my car for change oil and the mechanic was so careless with the car couldn t even properly close the hood (hood is with the pin locks) he force the pin to put them back and his alibi was he forgot to double check. It s obvious that the hood was not properly closed.

The Quality Auto Repair on Mckey Road was Low Quality at best, They Sabotaged my Oil Filter, just to justify an oil change, then lost the access hatch for the drain plug. I paid for an 80$ Diagnostic but they damaged more stuff to get the oil change. I had to buy a new access door. Any Oil Change, usually leads to more Issues , its never ending with them, trhey will milk you for all they can get... PS. I am not sorry that your sorry for seeing this review. My friend does oil changes all the time, and if the oil filter was dameged by my friend like you showed me, then i would never have been able to drive 85 miles from Turlock to get to San Jose. Your Mechanic sabatoged my oil filter, and there is no way i am calling you or going back there for your people to touch my Jeep again. The Federal Bureau of Automotive Repair will be the Duly Notified...

I brought in my truck for a check engine light. They were point on about the problem, and gave me good advice on the steps to take to fix it. Also they were polite and professional, I will return to have them fix it. I returned and they fixed my check engine light issue, along with a tune-up and oil change. They even gave me a courtesy call to let me know my ignition coil had a crack on the side,of course I wanted that replaced.My truck runs good I can feel a little more pickup in it . Again they were polite and had everything done in a reasonable time. I was surprised. Thanks Guys!

Took my 91 Ford F250 in for smog test.Tech told me it failed because he couldnt find the spout. (The spot needs to be removed in order to check the timing) Charged me 130.00, said re test would be 30.00 more. Took it to another test facility, passed, no problem! This tech doesnt know older vehicles. I called, talked to Louis, he told me I should get a refund, he had to talk to the boss on Tuesday, 7/5/22 I told him, if I didnt hear from him, I would dispute it with my credit card company. Fyi, Happy smog on story rd. Only charged 90.00, passed no problem. Responce to owner, the problems were not repaired, your tech did not know where the timing spout was, I took it to a test only shop. It passed no problem. Your tech told me to take it to a mechanic, why didnt he five me an estimate if he knew how to fix it?

My husband went there this Saturday morning on 7-23-22 because we saw good reviews. Unfortunately it wasn t as we expected. My husband asked the manager who was rude and tossed the keyes to my husband to check why our ac stopped working. The manager wanted to charge my husband around $60 just to park it somewhere without doing any work and he was still going to send my husband somewhere else to have our van checked and do work. My husband didn t sign paperwork because he said why am I going to pay twice if you are not going to do anything. That is when the so called manager tossed the keyes to my husband. I guess they pick and choose how to treat customers and see who to rip off. Be careful whoever goes there.

U cannot trust them, i tried it out, i changed my cars transmission fluid 2 months ago from them and went back with some engine light issue, they checked it and recommended me the that i need to change it again without knowing it was new, also for just resetting engine light, they charged me 100 bucks, wont go there again
