Very bad service, the American lady has a very bad attitude when answering and they are very slow with everything. I really dont know. I recommend that the insurance companies that employ them pay attention to the comments we leave them so that they can change their attitude and treat the public better.

Came in for a faulty brake light . I changed bulb so something else . They had me in and out less than 15 minutes. Company car so much appreciated that I was back on road quickly.

They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, were very professional, and fixed my car in a timely manner. I super appreciated them cleaning my car, as well as the shuttle service!

Ive used your service in the past so I was familiar with your team. No reason to go anywhere else.

They have good service and people are very courteous. But charges are tooooo high. They charged me 400$ to diagnose an issue and asked 4000$ to repair. I go to the dealer after that , dealer charged 240 to diagnose and 3100$ to repair. How can any private place be 50% more than dealer? I went there trusting the reviews thinking they are reasonably priced but they are not.

I was referred by a friend. Bill, the manager, was very courteous on the phone. I brought my car the next morning for a simple service. I was told there would be a two hour wait. I had my car back, repaired, in one hour. Under promised, over delivered. I give high praises to this establishment. Very honest and reasonably priced repair shop. The friend referral was correct.

I was recommended to this business by my auto shop to get a steam clean for my engine. I have to say, if I wasnt a loyal customer to my shop, I would want to have this be my go-to mechanic shop. This business seems to run like a well-oiled machine. (Pun intended) Setting up my appointment was very easy, and they were patient with answering my questions. The office is clean and welcoming, and they even have coffee, water, or tea for free for you for while you wait. Although I only got a steam engine cleaning, I can tell by the number of cars they have on the lot that are waiting to be worked on that they are probably a reputable business. I would recommend them to others.

We drove from the Midwest to Santa Clara to drop the car off at our daughter s new place. The last several hundred miles the car began to make an awful noise. We had only one day to find the problem and fix it because we already purchased our plane ticket s for our return trip home. Could we find a garage that would see the car so quickly, would they be able and willing to fix it in one day, would we be price gauged because we have a Michigan plate, would our daughter be able to navigate car repairs? We were worried parents. Bill and his mechanic made us feel like family. A test drive and a lift on the hoist found a loose heat shield that was quickly fixed. Bill let us know that if our daughter needed any help with the car during her stay in California she should reach out to him. What a relief knowing she and the car will be in capable hands!

Excellent customer service & service delivery!!! I stopped by to have my vehicle assessed and to my pleasant surprise they were able to fix my vehicle the very same day at a very fair price!!! That means so much to me as a woman who went by myself and was treated respectfully & fairly!!!

Took in my honda for front bumper work. Got it back in pristine condition. My wife thought I traded it in for the same version new year, haha. nope they just took care of my vehicle.

Kay explained everything in detail, from recommended service to what they found and recommendations for future. They did not suggest things I did not need. Wonderful place. Also great for body work.

Hello, I had my car checked here about a month ago, when the light went on for the brake light. I noticed the covering that is a snap on-off cover to the wiring for the tail lights is gone. Any chance its floating around there? Lost and found box? Haha. I ve never tampered with it myself, and i searched through the trunk maybe it fell off to no avail. Pls and thx! It doesn t Look good and buying another one at the dealer will prob run me $200. Just a huge pain in the behind. Plus i never knew how to check my tail lights on my own anyways i didn t know there was anything there. Update: I am back and forth to San Jose visiting. Unfortunately I did have my brake lights checked there a month ago and can provide receipt proof of diagnostic charge. The door is missing I reached out to Michael s on Lincoln via the email contact provided but did not hear back. The cover is missing. Long shot asked if it was there since It was last there being checked. No one else works on my car.

James was very helpful in getting my car fixed as well as communicating every detail throughout the entire process. Price was fairly explained. I would highly recommend this place for your maintenance and auto repairs

I talked to 5 mechanics that said they couldn t repair my car. I was referred to Michael and Co. And they said they would take a look at it. They fixed it in a reasonable time and the price was very reasonable. Excellent customer service.

I ve been a long time customer but no longer. The service advisors aren t knowledgeable, pro-active, and their communication skills are lacking. I simply no longer trust what is being recommended to me for repairs. The price of all services has increased to the point of me moving my business elsewhere. We have had multiple frustrations since Michael retired and Chris left. The convenance of the location is no longer the deciding factor. I would strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

I wrote a not great review below, and have since received a call from someone at Michaels who completely changed my view. Im so appreciative of Felisha and her follow up. Thank you for your follow up and for showing that you care about your customers. -------We brought our car in to repair a broken electrical unit on window. The car came back with several new broken components. Basically we had to bring it back 3 times to fix their mistakes. After a few missteps, and the call noted above from Felisha, feeling a bit better about them.

What brought me to the shop initially was the need to have my steering column rebuilt after an attempted theft. Parts were scarce, so it took awhile to get it back, but thats an issue all shops were dealing with. Since they do body work, I asked them to also repair my front bumper, which had suffered damage from roadside debris striking it on the freeway. Both tasks were completed to my satisfaction. Getting that bumper done restored the car to near new appearance.Great work! On my most recent visit, my car needed the preventive maintenance checkup scheduled by its manufacturer. As it was already overdue, Kay kindly squeezed it into his already busy Friday schedule and kept his promise to have it back to me by the end of the day so Id have it available for the weekend. I REALLY appreciate the shuttle service. Its a great customer service that makes getting my car serviced almost painless!

Fast work and seems good so far

Brought my car in after being rear ended. The drop off went smoothly with Lynn and all communication from that point was done with her and the insurance, taking the stress away completely! Kay, the advisor there kept me updated on all the progress with my car. It took a few weeks, but given the damage, it was done in a reasonable amount of time. My car looks just as it was before the accident. Overall a very smooth experience and likely will be returning in the future. Big thank you to the whole staff!

I got a flat tire on the way to work. AAA dropped off my car to the shop. They were super helpful and friendly. Their shuttle service saved the day for me. My car was ready for pick up a couple hours later. Thanks a bunch to everyone at Michael & Company!

I had an electrical issue with my car and had already taken it to two mechanics with unsatisfactory results. One mechanic admitted to me it was beyond their capabilities and recommended Michael & Co. I was amazed at the size of the operation, it was the biggest Ive ever seen. The staff was attentive and the communication was excellent. Four stars is because of the cost. At $175 an hour, a seven hour job gets to be a bit pricey...but they got the job done and done right.

This place is honest and thorough. Weve been bringing all of our cars here for years. This is not your quicky 15 minute oil change. They will do all the inspections and checks. Now with an outdoor waiting area so you limit your Covid exposure.

My air conditioner was out. They determined the problem and informed me my car s deal ship had a recall on my car s air conditioning. Thus , by taking it to the dealership, they are responsible for all cost to repair it. If Michael and Company had not been honest, they would have repaired themselves and at my expensive when it really would not have been necessary. Easy to get appt. Prompt service. They assess problem but dont overtreat or increase repair costs. Hourly rate high but comparable. have used Michael & Co for over a decade. Always excellent service and fair pricing. Most recently (Jan 2023) the service agent Brian helped me arrange the service. Brian was excellent, kept me informed, offered expert advice and options. Highly recommend.

Kay (and everyone else) was very nice and patient with my questions and getting my tire replaced was very low stress! They also didnt try to upsell me on anything else I didnt need, which I appreciated. This was my first time here and I will be returning for future services.

I asked a trusted contractor for a recommendation for car repair. He takes his vehicles to Michael and Co. I took my car in with some safety concerns, and I am so glad I did! Very pleased with the results. I have found a car repair place that I can trust.

We have used them for years on our Honda CR-V. Their collision repair work is impeccable and they stand behind it. They work on a lot of Hondas and seem to have a great rapport with Honda Corp. When the repairs are done to factory specs there are no issues after we get the car back. Paint is all mixed by computer and perfect. Service is always pro and the only body shop that finishes on time without whining. I plan to take our other car there to repaint the flaking roof which is out of pocket. Thats what I have.

Been taking my trucks here for the last few years and they do a good job taking care of my vehicles. I started because they were able to work on my Chevy 3500 and it turned into bringing all my trucks here.

Recently purchased a restomod (restored and modified) 1930 Chevrolet Universal Club Sedan. It has a 1984 engine under the hood - and because of this none of my usual mechanics were willing to touch it. Michael & Company was willing to give it a go, and were able to identify and remedy all of my unique cars urgent needs so I can drive my car with confidence. Will use these fine folks for my cars needs going forward.

Had the car towed there after it refused to start. It arrived there Tuesday afternoon and they diagnosed the problem Wednesday afternoon. The price for the fix was a bit high, and the car shook afterwards. The mechanic who diagnosed the issue for $120 was not able to tell us what the reason for the shaking was. I would have expected more from them.

Updating due to recent experience. Went in for some extensive engine work. The engine is now fine, and the work seems fine, but my vehicle was evidently handled so roughly and disrespectfully that I will not be returning.

Very honest! But not a bargain. If youre looking for low cost, dont look here. Theyre about on the same level of cost as dealerships, but I trust their work product more. Ive personally observed them do a minor job for free that a dealership was going to scam a person with a huge repair. At least you get what you pay for. And AAA approved.

Ive been bringing my cars here all of my adult life. I got it from my dad who brought our family cars here when I was a teenager. They are legitimately nice people. They always do what they can to keep the price down, and when Im struggling theyll break down what needs to be done right now and what can wait. Theyre great with old cars--I have a 91 MR2 that I wont take anywhere else. On occasion theyve even lent me a car.

Brought my car in for rear driver side body repair due to a hit and run. I had a great experience with the service, esp from the Estimators, Laura and Lynn. They were both FABULOUS! My daughter recently moved out to San Jose area and began experiencing car issues. Car was stalling and check engine light kept coming on and off. She originally took the vehicle to the dealership who advised it needed a new engine because they car had no oil and engine was damaged. After getting some recommendations, she brought the car to Michael & Co. for a second opinion. Chris was very helpful assisting me with the issue, helping my daughter and keeping in communication with me on the East coast. After assessing the issue turns out engine was fine, just needed some service and routine maintenance. I highly recommend Michael&Co. Very reliable and professional and will be taking the car here for any future needs.

The body shop repaired my car from rear end damage, it was quite extensive, but they had it in and out in ten days. The repair is top notch, paint matches perfect, they also washed the car before I picked it up. This is my third experience with Michael and Company, they highly value the customers.

The communication was very transparent. Real time updates, phone calls and text messages. Office staff was super friendly and helpful the moment I stepped foot on their property. I had great experience with Michael and Co for repairing my rear bumper that got damaged during hit and run. I mostly interacted with Lyn who was kind and responded in timely manner. She also arranged a ride for me due to rental car unavailability. They are quick and reliable in terms of repair, I got my car back in 4 days with interior cleaned too which was unexpected.

Kay and the team provided such great service. My power steering went out and I wasn t able to get a tow truck out until late in the afternoon. They took the car in after 5 without me having to be there and promptly inspected the next day to quote repair options. Price was significantly less than what the dealer had quoted. Unfortunately the part my car needed was on back order, but once it finally came in, Michael & Co quickly got the job done and even washed my car because it had collected some dirt while waiting. The entire time Kay kept me updated via text. 10/10 would recommend.

I was told to come and leave my car for front wind shield repair. I was told multiple times on phone that they have a replacement I left the car a Micheal and Co and then was informed after 2 hours that glass in not available. Had they told me earlier I would have not left my car at the shop It was a waste of my time and I had to spend money on uber to pick up my car from Micaheal and Co
