My GLK 350 was serviced and the price came in well below what I expected. So happy with everything and this is my forever Mercedes Service place. Oh, and I even got a free T-Shirt so I can advertise. Great, quick and well priced service!

Recently had my C350s ESL dying on me. Fortunately, I had my car towed to Mercedes Service of Silicon Valley. They ran a diagnostic and confirmed it was a failed ESL. Initial repair timeline was not until Nov due to the part shortage. But they were able to get the part earlier than expected, and had the car repaired in no time. In addition, my driver side door lock actuator was faulty, and it was also repaired in no time. Price of the repairs was also very competitive to other Indy shops. I will definitely return for any future needs!

This company is a fantastic place to have your Mercedes serviced and/or fixed. They are half the price of a dealer and soo friendly. Elizabeth, the service manager, used her phone to order me an uber ride since I was having trouble getting uber on my iPhone. They are only a couple of years in business and are trying very hard to please customers. I highly recommend them over the big Mercedes dealerships who dont really care about their customers and besides you can save big time by patronizing this new small business that does a terrific job. 10/30/19 Fast, friendly, reliable service and at a cost much below that of the dealers Update 08/2024: This company is still awesome. I have been getting yearly service here on my Mercedes since 2019 and the only change is that it is much busier but the service remains excellent. Although the service manager is friendly and knowledgeable I do miss Elizabeth being there.

Did my first service here. Excellent and very friendly customer service. The team here tells you what is necessary and then they do that well and fast. No upselling of unnecessary work and reasonable prices. Got my car back in no time with a nice courtesy car wash as well. Very happy after my first visit.

I had to get 6 years (60000 miles) service with some break pad replacements on my 2018 C43. This was my first time not taking my car to a dealership for servicing so I was nervous. I talked to Troy (sorry if I heard it wrong and it was Trey) and I was satisfied with what he had to say about servicing my car. They did what was necessary and not everything just to get money out of me. Servicing was done in 4 hours and they charged me 1/5th of what dealership quoted. I found this business was very honest about what was done and what wasnt and why(s) of it. The detailed receipt I got in the end even tells me how much of my breaks are left, how much tread is left and everything. I am pretty satisfied with their work.

Ive been a faithful and loyal customer since 2017. This is my second S Class Benz and wanted a place closer to home as I was going to Los Gatos from Silver Creek area of San Jose. Was a bit nervous about going to another service center after 20 years of being treated like royalty but lo and behold Nick and my previous mechanic were lifelong buds and previous co workers. Talk about a sign from God! Nick, Elizabeth, Christian and Nick (the other one!) and the entire staff run a professional, clean, reasonably priced service center. I have yet to be disappointed. Nick is hard and no non-sense, Elizabeth is the people person, Christians rep is on the line so he gets the job done. I am grateful and appreciative for how well they take care of my car. From service A to transmission fluid leaks to battery and alternator replacements they get the job done well each time. I have been proud to recommend every Mercedes owner I know to research and compare their service center to Mercedes Service of Silicon Valley. I honestly dont believe they will find a better group of people with reasonably priced services who actually care about making your experience BETTER . My car was well overdue for maintenance but all the quotes Id gotten were out of my price range. These folks broke down the service to the most critical which allowed me to do it in parts. They did the work in record time including cleaning the car both inside and out. When so many areas of life are stressful and annoying, it is amazing to find a company going the distance to provide excellent service.

Great place for repair and service

I bought a 2003 Mercedes-Benz SL55 AMG on a secondhand car auction site last year. It feels like I bought it five years ago given all the issues that have needed sorting but I now have a car, and I love it. When I showed up at Mercedes Service of Silicon Valley for the first time last year, I was at wit s end. The SL55 had been through months of work at another shop rectifying issues with the notoriously finicky ABC hydraulic suspension system. Various other minor issues (bad seat bolsters, lighting errors, A/C) were fixed by this shop, but when I finally got the car back, I wasn t exactly happy. The ride was still oddly sloppy at times. I took it in to Nick that particular day for something else (an oil change and a belt noise diagnosis), and he let me know that the ABC system still needed significant work. Nick took care of everything, and expressed genuine concern that the other shop had charged me what they had for what work it was apparent they did (and in his estimation, some work they didn t do but should have). When something actually-bad happened to my car engine out service bad, oil and coolant became friends! Nick assured me he was going to figure it out and do so at a rate that was reasonable. The work took time, but this is the nature of chasing down a tricky issue. Above all else, Nick made it clear that when he wanted to return a car that I was happy with. And now that I have my SL55 back, I really believe him (I mean, I did before, but proof is in the pudding). Nick also provided me level headed and straight advice on modifying my car (I wanted split circuit cooling and a smaller supercharger pulley, plus a tune) and did the work on an incredibly reasonable budget. And Liz, the other half of this great business, gets just as many thank you s from me. Liz is an excellent communicator and very clearly cares about her customers (and knows a thing or two about cars, to boot). I had a part I needed sent back up to me after moving, and Liz had it shipped promptly. Documentation, appointments, and everything in between were always handled to a high degree of professionalism. Thank you, Liz! Finally, after arriving 900+ miles away in my new home, I did notice my SL55 had a small coolant leak. Nick quickly figured out the issue based on a photo I texted him, and I was able to fabricate a(n ugly, but effective!) fix at home for a badly designed reservoir cap (i.e., this had nothing to do with Nick s work). Im now almost 3000 miles into driving the car since Nicks repairs and modifications and no problems to report. I wholeheartedly recommend Mercedes Service of Silicon Valley!

This is my first time to schedule the service with Mercedes Service of Silicon Valley. They are very efficient and affordable than dealership. I always go to the dealership for maintenance and services on the Steven Creek, but I decided to change, cuz I have to wait for a month a get a service done. I can tell the technician and front team are very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Not overcharging or selling services. Very professional! I m glad I find them. Appreciate!

I was so impressed by the customer service from Elizabeth and the team. I needed to replace my battery before it failed, and got a frustrating runaround from the local dealerships service department and Mercedes Roadside Assistance. I called MSSV and Elizabeth responded immediately, found the appropriate battery and got it to their shop so it could be installed that afternoon. She exemplifies what good customer service should be! Based on my experience I plan to use them for my future servicing needs.

I payed nearly $3000 to get my transmission fixed on my Mercedes Cls550 and few days later when i was leaving work i noticed when i would shift my car into reverse,neutral,or drive the car would not move at all, i called in and they had sent over a technician to check out my car to find out they didnt properly connect the gear shifter to my transmission. For a big job like this that i payed nearly $3000 they couldnt double check their work? Im just hoping everything in my transmission was properly installed.Very unprofessional. Beware.

We are extremely happy to have found Mercedes Service of Silicon Valley after our long-time mechanic retired. We have 2 AMG vehicles and like to know the people who work on them. This is a family owned business (which we prefer) and they do high quality, honest work, at fair prices. So far, weve had 2 brake services done and one annual service. Every time its been a pleasure working with them, and we feel confident in how they take care of our cars. We dont live close, so its a drive for us to get to their shop, but its absolutely worth it! Looking forward to having Nick, Liz, and their team take care of our cars for a long time.

Dying battery. Dealer said a week to get new battery; always code issues on benz. Ended up buying battering and bring to MSV just before closing without an appointment (called ahead). Fit me in to a packed que. Quick install, check and clear open codes. Great people.

I was referred to this shop 3 years ago and it s been a go to place to get my Mercedes serviced. They are reliable, perform good quality work, fairly priced, and I always receive great customer service from Elizabeth. An added plus is picking up a vacuumed car!

The team at Silicon Valley were fantastic. Matt kept me updated throughout the whole process. There was welding issue that was quickly resolved. Nick took care of the car as if it was own which i highly appreciated. Overall the prices are reasonable and the staff is professional. I d recommend anyone brings their vehicle here.

My C300 cant start, lights, DVD etc still work but no power/voltage when cranking the key. Took it to my regular mechanic who diagnoses as steering lock up but unfortunately he said only Mercedes dealers can get the repair part, steering column lock control module. I do research on South Bay Mercedes dealer shops but the reviews are mixed. So I called few shops specialized on Mercedes. Same replies about only dealers can get this parts. Luckily I called Mercedes service of silicone valley in my last try and the service manager, Liz, told me they can get this parts. It turns out they join some kind of Mercedes membership so they can order this authorization parts. The repair cost, parts plus labor, is very reasonable with two years warranty. The store is in a nice neighborhood so I feel safe to leave my car in their locked gated lot for few days while waiting for the special order parts. Special thanks to service manager Liz who is sweet, friendly and very knowledgeable about the issues I have. She gives me a sense of assurance that my car is in good hand. When picking up my car she took the failed module and explain what went wrong and try he repair procedure. Very positive experience. This will be my go to place for my c300.

I had a great experience with this shop! I came in to have a Schedule B maintenance service for my GLC 300. The service was fast and efficient. I dropped the vehicle at 8 am, and the work was done within a couple of hours. Compared to the price at the dealership, the cost of the service B here was more than 40% cheaper than MB stevens creek. Will definitely come back for future maintance work on my vehicle.

I was given an MB CLK430 99 last February & i went to Nick for advise and some minor service...he has treated me well and welcomed me to the Mercedes Benz experience! The prices are reasonable & special offers are a plus...i returned couple weeks back & had spark plugs and wires replaced including a transmission flush etc. They found a leak on the a.c. hose and patched it for free....my car drives like a charm & all 8cylinders are snappy with performance. I totally recommend this place for Your MB needs, the staff & crew are super friendly and they follow Covid19 protocols on this challenging times. ThankU for Your Awesome Service! !!

First time customer. Im happy to find a good independent Mercedes specialist to take care of my 2017 Sprinter van. Shop is clean and everyone seems nice. Liz was great to deal with, providing good communication and their team took care of all the regular service items needed after the first 3 years. I plan to return!

Elizabeth was nice before I declined her service for rear rotors/brakes ($550), which Ive replaced myself. Mercedes dealership quoted me $404 for the same service, and they found needed repairs Mercedes Silicon did not. However, I received a service B for $303 from Mercedes Silicon Valley, but the invoice doesnt list everything that was performed, so Im sure I got gypped. After I declined the rear rotors/brakes service Elizabeth told me she did not have anyone to return my vehicle to my home until the next day (had pick-up service). She said it was too late in the day (2:45 pm). I asked her what time do you close & she sighed, & said youre my only customer and I dont want to wait around here for 2 hours, I said ooooookay. She then said I mean I would need to know what time youre coming so I can plan MY day.. you know what I mean (lol this lady is so awful). Luckily my mother and her friend were near by and picked it up for me.

I finally found an HONEST & FAIR Mercedes Benz shop that truly experienced on MB. First of all the Shop Manager - Elizabeth is second to none as far as professionalism responding to any inquiries that I asked and not only that she ll find out from their Mechanics the right quotes and repairs needed to fix the problem, henceforward this place is SPOTLESS and organized and most of all they are the best price compared to all other shops I tried who works on different brands. Not this place, they are EXCLUSIVELY for MBZ only. If you re in need for MBZ mechanic, visit their shop and you ll be amazed.....so all I can say is Liz and all of the staffs keep up the good work

My Mercedes check the break wear light on, so I went to change the break pads, Nick is an amazing mechanic, tell me that I only need to change the rear break pads, not all of the front and rear. The price is better than the dealership, the service is much better than the dealership too.

Their great customer service and attention to detail make each visit reassuring our investment is well cared for by professionals. Sprinter owners this is the shop that will care for your rig! Give them a try.

Nice service manager! Actually she is amazing! Made me feel like Im in a Ferrari shop. 1. I came in for front suspension noise, they determined that my front struts, sway bar links and mounts need to be replaced. They are very expensive in labor and parts so I did the work at another shop. However, the car is still making noise! And I suspect the bushing is bad, but they didnt say anything about my bushing.

I went to Mercedes Service of SV because it was so close to my home but after meeting Nick Id happily drive far away to work with him. Hes the owner and head mechanic. Its nice to be greeted with a smile and being given great customer service while knowing that youre working with a guy whos been servicing Mercedes for many years. The service fees are really reasonable too. I had the Service A, brake fluid changed and AT fluid changed expecting to pay double what I paid. Thanks, Nick!

I ve had some pretty bad experiences with mechanics but this place was exceptional!!! I let the gas run out on my CL600 (gas gauge wasn t quite on E)and thought my engine was misfiring. Took it in and expected them to take me for all I have. Not a chance. They gassed it up and called me to come pick it up. Also my AC off light was on and I thought i might need a new compressor. Nope, they put freon in and just charged me for the Freon. I d definitely recommend this place.. Thanks Nick

My GL 450 had been making a squeaky brake noise and I had taken it in to the dealership on 3 different occasions. They couldnt find any issue. Then the brakes almost completely went out metal to metal. I skipped the dealership and brought it here. Thank you Nick! He figured out the issue in less than a minute. If you want a real professional, this is where you need to come! Ill be back.

These are top notch Mercedes trained and certified guys without the nonsense and sky high pricing of a regular dealership. The attitude is 100% geared towards customer care and satisfaction, which I found quite refreshing when I brought my car in. They provided me with a detailed status of my car. I was specifically told what mandates immediate attention and what can wait. The quoted price was about 50% of the one I got from a dealer service department at Autobahn Motors. They did their job on time and using genuine parts. While this place is a bit far for me, I feel that combination of excellent customer service, high quality of work and more than competitive pricing will make this shop the one I will use from now on. Highly recommended.

Superior service from John every time! We trust him taking care of our C300 whether its tires or service A/B at a more than fair price and speed. Hes honest about what needs to be done, and we appreciate the convenience of scheduling and friendliness that is his standard. The name pretty much sold it for me being a MB owner, but thats not why i loved this spot. Nick was super professional and seems to love what he does. He was quick to answer any questions and is very knowledgeable. I brought my C350 in for a service B around 4:30 pm before closing time and my car was ready the next morning. All for a VERY low price! Definitely recommend this place to any Mercedes owners for maintenance, repairs, mods, etc.
