If you want to lose your nervous system and also get a broken car, then this is the place for you. After they installed four new wheels for me, I returned because one wheel was not balanced properly and at 75 the car began to shake, I returned and they did something to me scandal, then within a few days I got out of the city again onto the Highway and took a ride and I noticed that around 80 there was still a characteristic shaking from under the wheel. I came for the third time and this Indian comrade with persuasion with the scandal still decided to check my wheel, he claimed that I had a problem with the gearbox linkage and the bearing, but I have a 2017 Prius and it s done 100,000 miles, naturally the car is in perfect condition, and then I shook the wheel myself and it turned out that some the stone is inside the new tire, I don t know how it ended up there, in general, I persuaded them to remove this shaking stone, when I returned the car, I noticed that my tire pressure sensor was on, this master said drive 15 miles and the tire pressure sign will go away, well, I - I m an educated comrade, I understand that this pressure works like wi-fi, it immediately scans the tire pressure and you never need to ride 15-20, there are no brains there, there is no computer, so this lying unprofessional comrade doesn t understand what he claimed, but I already I didn t argue with this, I ll make a sensor in another wheel compartment sometime, so draw your conclusions, it s nerves and a broken car, do you need this. And also he broke plastic cover :( Good luck everybody, thank you for respect each other on the road, this is so beautiful reality.

If you want to get ripped off, boy do I have the place for you! This is a very dirty shop, and the Paki in there is very very rude. Come here at your own discretion! Youve been warned!

Worst tire shop you can take your car . They ripped you off and make you spend money on parts that your car does not need. Be aware of the Middle Eastern guy in there he is smart dude that just talk and tries to make you spend money for nothing. Dnt! Do alignment on a cheap tire shop !!!!

This place is a scam I called Saturday was quoted a price and when I go down there they straight lied to my face that they never said quoted price so I paid $60 over quoted price and this goof off scratched my wheel. I do not recommend Cali tire bunch of crooks

Was shopping around for rim repairs in the South Bay and didn t have a great experience speaking with Cali rims. I felt like the customer service was quite rude and unhelpful. I asked if I could get a quote on the phone based on estimate using photos.. a simple no would have sufficed and I would have not pushed. However the person on the phone said sure and asked me to send photos to a Whatsapp account, and provided an estimate via text. I understand how an estimate works and we could have discussed further, but on the phone he tells my husband that I forced them to give me an estimate when no such thing happened. I can t give recommendations to businesses that change their tune once they know you really need something fixed and know it s an easy money maker. I docked a few more stars cause of how rude and unprofessional their attitude was.

I purchased new rims and tires at this shop because they gave me the best price. Had to order my rims and arrived the next day. Installation only took 30 minutes. After 6 months I got a nail in one of my tires. I took my car to Cali Rims and they patched it up within 15 minutes at no cost. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for rims or tires. Owner is very nice and understanding of getting you what you ask for and service team is quick so you dont have to wait too long.

tl;dr This tire shop fixed my tire puncture professionally. They were quick and professional. Thanks very much for the service. I will go there any time I have any problem with my car tires. Details: As an owner of a new car, I had my first tire puncture and immediately reached out to those called big-name / brand tire workshop in the neighborhood. I already have attempted to fix the puncture using DIY plugger, as I was on a road trip and wanted a quick a dirty solution till I get back in town. Anyways, I reached out to these big-name/brand tire workshop, and every single one of them gave me a baloney excuse for not fixing it. I called Big O Tires in San Jose, CA 95128, they said: the puncture is close to the side, we are not legally allowed to fix it. Would you like us to take the tire off of your rim and leave it here in the workshop so you dont have to carry it with you, unnecessarily. What a non-sense attempt to rob me off a new tire. And what a sell-out tire shop it is. Another tire shop, Americas Tire in CA 95112, said Come over, we fix for free. And after I arrived, they continued you already attempted to fix it using a plugger. As such, we will not fix it for you. You must buy a new one. As if they were punishing me for attempting to DIY fix it. All non-sense excuses and pathetic attempts to sell me a new tire, unnecessarily, and rob me off my already new, but punctured, tire. Then, accidentally and desperately, I called this tire shop, CALI RIMS AND TIRES, because it was in the neighborhood, and it had good reviews on Google. And it turns out to be a complete success. They fixed my tire puncture professionally, right way, on the spot, with half the price of the so-called big-name tire shops. They were quick and professional. Just look at the pictures. You can hardly tell there was even a puncture. Thanks very much for the service. I will go there any time I have any problem with my car tires.

Total rip offs!! I bought which I thought were 4 Remington tires but only got one Remington n other 3 were not Remingtons!! The owner or dude behind desk said I went to another tire shop n switched them!! Really? Total BS and he even hung up on me!! Never will I trust this place again nor go there again!! I called Cal rims and tires to get quotes on prices for tires. I talked to this friendly guy at first. He gave me quotes for four new tires $510 two new $270 and used $55 each tires and the service that comes with it. I told him thank you I will give you a call back if I decide on your service. He said sir if you want me to order these tires for you I could do it now give me your name. I said no I will not give you my name I will give you a call back if I decide to go through your service. He got mad like a child and said since you don t want to give me your name I don t want your service and I m declining ur service and he went off on me over the Phone because he didn t get his way. You will NOT get my service at all bad attitude bad customers service period.

Extremely arrogant owner. When I asked questions did not help understanding the situation and then later on said to make it simple . At first mentions that the they should be able to get your tire fixed right away and then keeps waiting for 45 minutes. Bad service

I Got a quote for 4 tires and the quote was $435 I asked him to break the quote down and right away I got an attitude from the owner. He told me he was charging me $40 Each tire for Installation and told me if I didn t like it to go somewhere else ....extremely rude . I ve never heard of tire shops charging a 40$ Installation fee for each tire. Do not buy from here . There are plenty of other shops that charge much less to mount and balance tires. So buyers be ware !!!!!

Came here with my friend looking for tires. My tires are small and cheap. He gave us $330 and we asked if he can give us a better price because the tire model was cheaper in some other stores. He said if we find it in walmart he will give cheaper than walmart. I showed him the walmart price which was cheaper than him but that set him off! He started raising his voice And trying to call walmart tire center . I asked him to lower his voice, he asked us to leave his store and said you showed where you belong. Cheap people Are You serious???? Who does business like that????

Good tire shop. Owner (with beard) noticed that my tires were worn out and cracking -- and when I checked the date of last replacement, he was correct, they were 9 years old. He installed new tires and excellent service. Recommended from Larrys Auto. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Price was fair, but I dont select businesses based on price, rather, based on good service and product quality.

Had to reiterate this from Yelp because these guys are that great. The people at Cali Tires & Rims are friendly, courteous, and are very knowledgeable upon the products they sell. On my first visit, I had an idea about what I wanted to buy but I was unsure about which tires and rims would work best for me. Fortunately Mohammed helped me along the way. I was in and out of there quickly and LOVE the way my car looks. My father has been a loyal customer of theirs for years and am now proud to say that I will be one too!

Great place if youre looking to add some flash to your car. I came in looking for something specific in mind, figuring Id have to browse around a couple shops before finding the right set of rims, but the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me find a set that I love even more than what I was originally thinking of getting. Came here after calling other places to compare prices, there is no beating this place! Best prices in the area. They did not have the tires I wanted in Stock but they ordered them and had them in the same day. The other places I called wanted $960+ for the same exact tires I got here for $669 out the door. I used to go to Americas Tire for my Tire needs but not any longer. I usually get special order Michelins and Suhail beat Americas Tire price by a fair margin. Had 4 tires installed in less than 40 minutes too. Great service, great price. Highly recommend this place.

Found a great staff and good quality work and explanation for it while coming here. Brought my TL in to get allignment after coilover install. Suhail was great. Cool people. Update: had to get control arms after first trip, to do $60 alignment (reason I was there). I pay and tell them Ill get control arms and be back. I call to get price of labor and am quoted $100. Go in and they start working. Suhail comes in and tells me $150 for labor, I am a little concerned but agree. Then find out that my esentric bolt is broken in removal and that I need new ones. I call around and nobody even carried them minus Autozone (they were out at $20 a bolt), Acura and Honda (Honda wouldnt answer the phone, nor Acura) so I am about to skate 6 miles to the dealership when an old dude in the shop asks me if I need a ride. Skeptical I accepted and got to Acura. Acura couldnt get bolt until next day so this old boy takes me back to the shop and on way the shop calls and says they have them all along right there. So I get back and pay DEALERSHIP PRICE for two esentric bolts ($80 bucks). Go to check out and my receipt is all sketchy and scribbley. I cant really read it (my fault for not getting run down), but doing math it should have been around $220 (after labor cost was raised). I sign thank them and leave. Get home and check bank app few days later and see I had paid 300 after the 60 dollar alignment had already been paid. $360 total for alignment and control arm installation doesnt sound all that bad, but considering my quoted prices... Weird come out... Done working with them.

Pricing is fair, fast installation. Manager is a person that is willing to negotiate for the benefit of both parts.
