Big O Tires in San Jose

I had a great experience with this location. I came in today because I had gotten a flat tire and needed to get it patched. Despite me coming in 30 minutes before they closed, they were still able to check my tire out and assist me. Unexpectedly, instead of a patch job, I needed to replace the tires and get an alignment. Even though they were about to close they still took my car in and replaced all my tires and said they wouldn't mind staying later to help me get back on the road. They worked very fast and only took an hour and were incredibly friendly. Thank you again!

Avoid working with this store. They consistently refuse to take responsibility and always try to upsell unnecessary products, including tire insurance. They even blamed me for supposedly going elsewhere to patch my tires, when in fact, they were the only ones who had ever worked on them. I made sure to clarify when purchasing insurance that I’d return to this store for any issues, but when problems arose, they did everything they could to charge me for every little thing they could justify.

I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with this location. I received quotes from a few different places and this location was the cheapest with the best warranty by far. The service was very quick everyone who helped me was very friendly. Just a month after I got my tires, I ran over a nail and had to be towed back to the location pretty early in the morning. They saw the tow truck pull up and assisted me immediately. They patched my tire in like 30 minutes, saving me an Uber ride to and from work. I couldn't recommend this place more, they are super friendly and helpful!

Always fast, reliable and friendly. I purchased tires from here and had 2 separate puncture incidents. Both times they repaired them promptly at no cost. Will continue to go back and highly recommend this shop.

Great alignment work performed. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the alignment. Had some issues with the steering wheel angle - took it back in the same day and fixed it the same day. Gave 1 year warranty as well.

I had the unfortunate nail in my tire in the last hour of Big O being open tonight. By the grace of a quick towing company and Jorge and the manager of this Big O, I had a warranty repair happen so fast I couldn’t believe it. If ever I believed in angels now would be the time. I was out the door so quickly that it blew me away. Jorge F was professional and handled this situation with expertise. This Big O Tires is always professional. Hidden Gem! My family has lived in Willow Glen for 20 years but had never visited this Big O location until this past weekend. Our 2023 Subaru picked up a nail in one of the tires causing it to lose air rapidly. I pulled out the nail and put in a plug - but it was still slowly leaking so needed a real patch/repair. I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday afternoon with less than 24 hours lead time. Dropped the car off and it was on the lift within 15 mins and fixed roughly an hour later. The best part was the customer service agent - Sandra. She was friendly, fast and efficient - a pleasure to deal with even for a minor job like a tire repair. I also observed her offering positive support and helpful feedback to her co-workers - which is all too rare these days. Will definitely be back the next time we need service on any of our vehicles...

We just got new tires for our trailer here before taking a long trip. We also got a flat fixed on our truck. The lug nuts on the trailer are so loose I can turn two by hand. The truck tire was also only aired up to 37 when it should have been 70. I wouldn't trust these guys ever again. A tire coming off the trailer can be deadly. None of the lug nuts on one side of the trailer were more than hand tightened and the other side was way too loose.
