Very rude and unprofessional. We arrived early to drop off our car for an appointment on March 19th for a tune up and service. When we arrived the guy at the counter said it's just an oil change. We were quoted $1000 over the phone for a tune up. The guy said he can't tell us what happened because his co worker who scheduled us wasn't there and shrugged his shoulders. We left and took it to a place more organized with better customer service.

I have been coming here since first moving to the area late last year in 2023. I highly recommend this shop. The team here is phenomenal, and I plan to continue doing business with them.

Mr. Neer is really helpful, knowledgeable and always polite and reliable every time I've gone to him for servicing to changing my brake pads to fixing when my tire has issues, he has always been helpful, accommodating and available. Highly recommend him and his team

These folks are AWESOME. My husband and I can usually fix most of whatever is going on with our Honda, but we encountered something unknown and needed help. We called and they said they couldn't work on it immediately but to bring it in and take a look anyway. While checking things out, one of the mechanics noticed a little oil leak we didn't see and tightened it up real quick for us too. We were told to bring her back Wednesday, given a wonderful price quote for the labor and we're feeling much less stressed out about the entire thing. Thank you all so much! Edit to add: had the service done and it was quick and they even charged us less than the original quote. Truly, thank you! 💚

I've been driving cars for over 50 years and I've been to many repair shops. Bay area Auto service are very knowledgeable people and you can rest assured that you will never be overcharged for anything. I highly recommend this shop to everyone especially women who don't know much about mechanics because here they will not rip you off. If I could I would give him more than five stars. They were recommended by a friend of mine. I got the shocks and struts replaced in my 04' Lexus. They did an awesome job at a very competitive price. My car now runs like new. Neer and Inder are very friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend this place.

Such great service. I took my 370z in as I started hearing a tapping sound above 60mph. They took my car for a little over a day and finally found the issue. In the end it was a simple fix that cost me $60 which was a bargain. It's nice to know there are people that take care of others and do not take them to the cleaners. They were also friendly and explained the issue to me clearly. They could have easily charge more but didn't. It was great to hear and I will be back for sure.

They were recommended & now I recommend them without reservations! They are keeping my older cars on the road for minimal expense. Inder and Neer are trustworthy and reliable. For the last 2 visits, I've experimented - I don't ask for a quote - at pickup I come prepared with my own estimate of what it should cost! 2 for 2 they have come under by over 25%! I like the surprise!
