I recently took my Volvo S60 to Almaden Auto Repair for routine maintenance and rear shocks replacement, and as always, the experience was exceptional. Thai was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the options available, guiding me through the decision-making process with patience and expertise. What really stood out to me was Thai's commitment to providing the best value. At the end of the day, he offered me the best price for both labor and parts, which is something I truly appreciate. Even though I’ve moved out of the area, I always make the effort to come back to Almaden Auto Repair because the quality of work and the pricing are simply top-notch.

this place does diagnosys of some electrical issue for $100+ tells me replace alternator for $600+ did not fix issue. I later found i just needed a new battery. In my opinion dishonest place that will prey on your hard earned money

I take my Honda to Almaden for regular maintenance after warranty has expired and they have been great. Excellent prices and will look over the vehicle without up charging

I’m finally writing this long-overdue review for Mr. Trung and Almaden Auto Repair. While I like to think of myself as somewhat mechanically savvy, I always bring my bigger jobs to them. My experience has been consistently wonderful; they take the time to explain the issues and show you the broken parts. I’m incredibly grateful to have found honest mechanics. Their prices are competitive, and I wouldn’t waste my time at another shop. I’ve been coming here since early 2015, and after trying other shops, I always left disappointed. Almaden Auto Repair has set a high standard that they consistently meet.

Was looking up a place to get my oil changed because I haven’t had time to do it myself. Search around and Almaden auto repair got back to me fast with a price and appt time. Came in the lobby, filled out a quick form, and just hung out in the lobby for about 30 minutes. This place is nice and clean with classical music playing in the background which was relaxing. I’ve been here like ten years ago once so I decided to come back. I recommend this place because it’s organized, well managed,and just listening to the employees interacting with each other and customers, you can tell they’re very professional. Bringing in your car for anything can be daunting because you hope for the best and fear for the worst but this place eases your mind.

Very nice service and friendly staff, I have got scheduled services on my Toyota Prius for the last 3 years at this store, and all the services are good with reasonable price rate, I will highly recommend this store for Toyota car owners.

They do ok work. Not great service, Thai is a wonderful person and manager, he will go to almost any length to make sure that your car is fixed and running better than before. I would give five stars but I can't ignore the past mistakes and my recent experience with my Toyota echo.
