The Audi specialist shop near the company I visited for the first time. 2018 Q5 60K service (spark plug + PCV valve + DSG transmission oil change), I picked up the car and started it, but the CEL came on and I asked, and the whole team went out to check and immediately confirmed that the HO2S heater control connector was loose and corrected it. Re-scanned VAG/VCDS again and checked if there are any problems. The team is incredible. See you soon.

I brought my Golf R to 034 a couple of months ago to install aftermarket engine and transmission mounts. I spoke with Jamil Mohammed before I came in, he gave me an estimate for the amount of time it would take to install as well as the cost. He also recommended I go to the San Jose location, because they have a waiting area that I could use while the work was being done. Overall, 10/10 experience, great work, exactly on time, fair prices, and the interaction with Jamil was wonderful. I live pretty far away, but I would still come back if I need to do any more work.
