Wonderful experience getting the windshield replaced on my Lexus IS. Called to set up an appointment and texted them photos of the crack on my windshield. They were able to give me an estimate based off the photos and it was reasonably priced! I had to replace the entire windshield b/c the crack was curved caused by extreme temperature differences. Mark was very helpful on the phone and Bill was friendly and welcoming when I took my car in. Brought the car in at 9am, job finished by 1pm. They're professional, well-priced, friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process straight forward. I would recommend them to any friend, family, and stranger on the internet! If you need a windshield replaced, do not hesitate to come here. Bill is extremely easy to work with, a master at his craft, and extremely efficient and fast. I had my Corolla windshield replaced, and the car was ready for pickup in 3 hours after dropping it off! He even threw in a complimentary rain-x coating after I mentioned I'd be going to the snow.

Can’t really say enough good things about this place. Responds super quickly. Shop opens at 7am and Bill responds to any messages send overnight at around 6:30am to 7am. Bill was funny he said something along the lines of “were you abusing a piece of rock with your windshield? let’s see what kind of damage you did to that piece of rock.” Haha. Classic dad joke vibe. Cool, wisecracking, and experienced, Bill’s been in the game since 1988. He was able to look and tell me which chips were a concern and got my car in and out in under an hour. Mark was also super cool. He was the other assistant there and he’s been working there for a few years now. We all got along nicely and they even took a look at my back rear window (it was smashed and was replaced but I had some questions about it) without charging me. Great guys and I highly recommend them. I will only go here for any auto glass issues from here on out. Thanks again Bill and Mark!

Talked to Bill this morning, although I didn’t get service done here. He was very professional, got me a quote quickly. Called him back to let him know I went with another company. Still maintained professionalism and was very polite. If it wasn’t for the fact that the other guy is closer and a little cheaper, I’d happily go with AutoGlass Masters. They did a top-notch job replacing my windshield with OEM glass and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended! Side note: they didn't have the equipment for ADAS sensor recalibration but everything still works fine. If anything, the lane centering seems a bit more centered than before 😆

Need to replace a cracked windshield on my wife's car. Gave a call for a quote and set up an appointment right away I was able to get one for the next day, price was great. Fast and easy, just went to drop off the car and picked it up a few hours later, I will definitely come back if needed hopefully I don't have to. Definitely recommend coming in 👍🏼

Bill takes pride in his work. He did a great job. He is very honest. He's been doing this for many years. Very reasonable price. I would definitely take my car back to him again. He builds his clients through word of mouth because his work is great. He replaced the windshield in one of my cars and repaired a rock chip in another.
