Bought many batteries at this place, then when I had an issue with a new battery, got the California howdee, he wouldn’t stand behind the warranty. This places customer service sucks. Been going to battery outlet in hemet since, always good friendly service

Bought a battery from there in July 2021 ...and ask for proof of purchase.. I remember the guy who sold it to me ..said "Don't worry we have your information in the system and your battery is guaranteed for replacement for 5 years" ...it's only been 2 years and 3 months and the battery is horrible bad .. and they want to sell me another but discounted price ... Don't trust this place anymore.. rather go to Walmart

These guys are great. Gave me a great deal on an upgrade battery and helped me install it in a Chevy pickup that's a PIA to replace the battery. If you need a battery, go here!

Needed new batteries in our RV. The batteries are very heavy, almost too heavy for my husband, a 77 year old man! Hubby went to this business abd bought 2 new batteries and was helped by Joel. He told Joe how hard it was to get them out because there is a sort of lip you have to lift them high and around. When Joel heard that he decided he would follow my hubby back to the park where we're staying and help install the batteries. Thank you so much Joel. You are the best!

The guy was rude had no integrity in his work or business knows nothing about batteries and refuses to give refunds on his products if I were you I would shop somewhere else

I called before going into this place a little skeptical but after talking to the gentleman/shop owner he helped me out and went above and beyond to give me an amazing deal and was extremely nice enough to even install my battery after telling him my partner works a lot and we’re super busy working. I’m definitely coming back with our other cars and referring my friends and family!!!

Discount Battery Center has a very knowledgeable staff and phenomenal prices on car batteries. I saved 45% compared to a comparable battery at WalMart. WalMart was out of stock and I decided to check out DBC and will be a regular customer. I have already told friends and family that the next time they need a battery they should check it out. I recommend them highly!
