Im glad I found Juans. I was treated kindly and was in and out of there quickly. I will go back if needed for other repairs.

Last few times I went they always say they say they need to order the part when I just needed an oil change. Let alone they charge me for the part Good service just extremely overpriced

Thermostat replacement and an 02 sensor replacement. Parts only cost $70 and was charged $375 for everything! Had to leave my car all day. I personally thought it was a little pricey and maybe was kept there all day to be charged a little more. Not saying they didnt do a good job though.

They worked on my car changed a few things I was satisfied with the work but exactly a few days after the 90 days labor engine light came back on so I took it back to them and and it was one of the part they change but since the 90days warranty was expired they wanted me to pay again I asked if they didnt have longer warranty with whoever provides the parts and I was told no they tried to say it was the computer but I had just changed the computer I had the computer checked and it wasnt it it was that part they change so now I have to pay for that part that supposed to be new and they supposed to call me back to see the warranty on the part and they never did so I paid over 150 for that part that I have to replace again

These guys were the best. The BEST. Fixed me up quickly because I was out of town and they knew I was in a desperate situation. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Thank you guys!!

They can fix anything you bring to them. Theyll diagnose the problem in no time and let you know whether the fix is worth it or not from the get go. Ill be taking my car here from now on. Id recommend this place to anyone looking for a good and honest mechanic shop.

Took my aunt s car here for a checkup before taking it across the country on a road trip. I knew the battery was probably a goner. They suggested contacting the dealer that it might be under warranty. What?! They didn t just tell me I needed a new one? Very honest! People at the front desk were pleasant, professional and helpful.

Very unprofessional! After declining an additional charge from what was originally quoted I was given horrible attitude by the lady at the front desk. When I asked for details of why I was going to be charged more she refused to give me any information stating the next shop you take it to can tell you that . Knowing that my car would need additional parts in order to be properly aligned lead me to believe the worker knew how off my alignment was and choosing to not share that information with me about my car despite being charged for working on aligning your car was not only selfish but also childish on the workers part. In my opinion choosing to go elsewhere to get your work done should not give you the right to be rude to a repeat customer! It is safe to say I will not be coming back to this place and would warn you to NOT bring your car here as well. If you don t know much about cars DO NOT come here or they will try to charge you a lot more than you are quoted.

Very thorough and great attention to detail! I know that there are people who do not trust Mechanics because they will nickel and dime them to death, intentionally do subpart work, and just flat out lie to the customers. This is not one of them, they are honest, straight up, I have been coming to them for years and they have not let me down, highly recommend!

Not Only did they help with my car troubles, they were honest about things I needed or did not need, they were very fast and they also gave me a wonderful tow truck company that didnt charge me unfairly and was very quick. Would recommend them to everyone in the area they did an amazing job

Nice clean shop a little pricey and a little slow. But dead honest with lots of integrity and pride.

Did the bare minimum for an oil change. No top offs of any other fluids. Nice guys, wouldnt recommend based on lack of services with oil change.

Honest mechanic. He is my go to mechanic. If your car just needs a small cheap part he will let you know. They are not into ripping you off

I have had nothing but the best experience with the mechanic. They not free yet noting worth while hardly ever is. Yet I will say I am put at ease with the mechanics in this shop professionalism as well as knowledge of what it will take to get my car back on the road correctly and this means the world to me. I take my wifes car and I am truly content with the service. My families safety is of the upmost importance to me and this shop I believe takes pride in what they do and this lays my families travel effort worries aside.

Juan has been our mechanic since we moved to the San Jacinto area 14+ years ago. I appreciate he has always been honest regarding the cost of repairs and our options. He has always been very professional and we trust him.

Horrible service. Took my car in for an alignment Technician lied about doing work and even tried to get use to replace broken parts took my care to my family mechanic and he found nothing wrong with the car. Horrible place horrible horrible!!!! Will never go there again and will definitely tell family and friends not to go there.

I needed to replace my water pump, a couple seals and a timing belt on my toyota sienna and these guys have me the lowest quote. I called around to a few places and they were upwards of $700. I paid a total of $500 and they did an excellent job!

Great Honest Mechanic Shop, My husband and I have been going to Juan for almost a decade. My husband doesnt trust any one else to do service on our vehicles. Juan is a great and honest mechanic, we will continue to return to him for years to come.

I took my 2004 Hyundai to Juans and asked for a price to change the oil, change the alternator, change the radiator, two front tire, check the parking brake, and smog, which he said he couldnt do the smog, but he had a friend that would do it. Even though there was a smog shop next door. HUM. Im just saying. When I got the estimate, I said just do the oil change, and change the tires. Then I went to pay the bill he added a 60 dollar labor charge for checking the alternator. He said it was no good and he had check it out with his analyzer. I friend look at it and wondered how he determined that because the belt was missing. So how did he turn the alternator to find out it wasnt working HUM... just saying.

Its my 3rd time here, they are quick, they show you what your vehicle needs and why, at a very reasonable price, i work on my cars out of necessity, i would rather not, this is a place i would take it to!

I brought in my 93 honda accord with AC issues they gave me an estimated time to find out the source of the problem and it took less than what they had said. Very good service, great communication all the way around.

A/C service repair is poor. It failed less than a week. I had to go back to redo the job. Their cost is ridiculous and ripped off. Their work warranties are a pure joke. My recommendation is DO NOT go there because they are not reliable or not honest mechanics. Check on Yelp reviews and I am not the only one who had bad experience with Juans automotive.

I recommend you go to Juans Automotive. I had a problem with my truck. I took it to the workshops and they fixed it for me and a week or a few days later the problem came back and they charged me a lot and told me it was this and that was the other. I found Juans and the treatment was friendly, fast and a fair price and my car was not. failed (THANKS JUANS AUTO)
