Super quality service here, great professionals. Two extremely kind and owners with empathy. This is the 3rd time I've used their service and it's 10/10. I had my window broken at 10am and at 11am they found me the piece to fix it in the afternoon. Price announced on the phone before ordering. Less expensive by $200 than the 5 other professionals I called. Thanks :)

Amazing experience! Got broken car’s windshield and whoever broke it they stole my bicycle. I was stressed on having the rear windshield broken plus the bicycle stolen but took action and wanted to h have the windshield fixed asap. Searched on google and yelp and this auto glass repair showed up! The windshield was fixed in 3 hours! And is the original windshield not those cheap ones that other shops put on. Definitely worth 5+ stars! Thanks again!

I went here a couple weeks ago and I’ve been meaning to write this review because I was left so impressed by the level of professionalism here. I had arrived at a party on a Saturday afternoon, and my window would not roll up. We all know in San Francisco it would be a problem to leave a car with a window open in the street. ( I don’t have indoor parking) I desperately called like 15 places and they were all about to close for the weekend. These guys gave me a ring back. Morena gave me information about the possible issues, a very kind and helpful gal. They took me in at the very last minute to look at it and found the problem and fixed my window (which another shop had messed up). They were so efficient I was even able to make it back to the gathering. I will be coming to them for all my future window needs. Thank you Morena and the gentleman who did the repair!

Someone smashed my rear windshield this morning. I was having a hard time finding a place that would replace it same day but Express Service Auto Glass was able to fit me in last minute and the price was very reasonable. They did a great job and also cleaned up the glass for me! I will definitely be using them in the future if this happens again and would highly recommend their services to others

1. Great price! 2. The tech who came to replace the windshield at my house (yes, they come to you!) was quite a character. I can't imagine that anyone else who replaces car windows does better work than he does. He is OUTSTANDING at what he does, and it was great to talk with him. He is amazing! 3. Help on the phone was very good. The managers are very careful to ask the right questions. They look up the car's VIN, and use pictures of the car to make sure they get the right windshield for you. My only disappointment was that I was promised a call back twice "in three minutes" which never happened - I waited patiently for 30 minutes before calling back. Also the tech arrived quite late (yes, I needed to call about this too), so the job ran over the scheduled time by 90 minutes. Still, this is a top quality operation, and yes, I definitely would use them again and recommend them to anyone, as long as they are not on a super tight schedule to get the repair done.
