I had a great experience. I took my car in for a same-day oil change. They didn’t try to upcharge at all and they even made me aware of some other maintenance recommendations without pushing it like other places I’ve been to. I highly recommend!
I first became a customer in 2016 when I owned a different vehicle and the service was always great. I needed tire repair on my current vehicle, but hadn't utilized their services in 3-4 years and knew the crew I was familiar with was gone. Marissa and staff made sure my great experiences continued!!! They were immediate, professional, friendly, and quick! I was blown away! Since I own a much newer car, it won't need as much work but, whenever it does, I will ensure that I take it to Sanders Auto! They rock!!!
Unprofessional mechanics based on my experience, getting an oil change and checkup. It came out with a ac not blowing air which I noticed later, upon inspection in the cabin filter area which they have replaced aswell as engine filter. The cabin filter was fitted wrong direction and with a flap from the ac system broken and placed in between the blower motor and filter, the screw for engine filter box is broken. Disgusts me seeing this work, when I pay a lot for these services I expect better than this. So will not b recommending.
I just found out about rating on google to voice my displeasure. It is my own fault that I I trusted these people as they definitely don't look after their customers after they have possession of your vehicle. Poorly run operation and mismanaged staff. After my truck was in their shop after getting towed there by their towing service as it was the closest one to me at the time, I felt as if it were held prisoner and had to agree to their every charge regardless if I authorized the work or not. I should’ve paid extra money for towing and took my truck to a dealership. With their short temper and use of profanity I will never go back again and never recommend this shop.
I've been going here for about 10 years. I'd definitely recommend them for any general maintenance. I did have some trouble with a transmission rebuild a few years back though that they sourced out to another guy but any work they do seems to be quality.

Found out after I got my car back that Sanders sold his repair/Tow business. New owner Failed to properly fix my car. I had to have it repaired elsewhere.
They got me in last min for an oil change before a big trip. Ill definitely be back for other services due to their professionalism.

Had Sanders Auto fix my car because I needed my vehicle to be fixed quickly. They overcharged me for a part for my car and refused to listen to my input in regarding a known better solution.

First time here. Had a broken shifter cable on my 2015 Ford Fusion. The dealer wanted 650 and 2 days minimum for this problem. Done in 1 day and out the door for 400 plus a warranty. Sanders are fast and Tony is the man to talk to. Could not be happier and will be back thank you!
