My Auto Glass in San Diego

I was doing a delivery in Clairemont area when my driver's side window rolled down on its own and wouldn't roll back up? It was about to rain later that day so I was desperate to get the window fixed ASAP!!! I found My Auto Glass by chance and am I glad I did!!! I called and spoke with Sam who knew EXACTLY what was wrong. I arrived to his shop within 15 minutes and Sam was able to squeeze me in to fix my window (and found the missing part in San Diego and had it delivered withing 20 minutes)! Once he received it, they had already prepped the wind for repair and were finished in about 30 minutes after receiving the part. Thank you so much Sam, for being so helpful, knowledgeable, quick, and precise with my Dodge Caravans needs! If I ever need any kind of window service again, I know where I'm going!!! I have gone here a few times and all have been great experiences. Sam and his team know what they are doing. DO NOT GO TO SAFELITE. I’ve learned this the hard way the first time and a repair that “was repaired” did not turn out that way and Sam luckily was able to mend it. For a chip or replacement try my auto glass before you go elsewhere.

So a rock hit my windshield around the afternoon on the way home from work and not 2 hours later they had slid me into their schedule and replaced my windshield. They were fast, helpful, and it was only 258$ too. Much less than the three places I'd searched before. Would go to then again! Very happy with their work!

Hands down the only place you need to go for all your glass needs. Sam is honest and has the best prices in town. I've been a customer in the past, and will always choose Sam for anything I need. I came today thinking I needed a repair, but he let me know the chip I thought I had was not a chip after all. Someone else might have lied and taken my money and pretended to fix it without me knowing any better. I got a small chip on my windshield and went to Sam for the repair. Sam is efficient, professional, and friendly. He stopped the chip and processed the paperwork through my insurance. I did not have to do anything. His office and shop is clean. I was happy with the service. Thank you Sam!

I had to take my car in for a windshield replacement due to a big crack forming on the bottom right side of my windshield. I asked for a quote and Sam gave me a call, walked me through the process of getting the replacement and he even called my insurance with me and let me know how the conversation was going to go. He was also able to get my insurance to approve OEM glass which was a huge relief since the other shops were saying I would have to pay for it out of pocket. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I only had to wait about an hour and a half for the whole thing to be done. Will definitely recommend this shop to all my family and friends!

High quality work, best price, extremely responsive with communication, and fast work. You can't ask for more! I got a huge crack in my windshield. My Auto Glass gave me the best price by far of everyone I contacted and could get me in the next day. They started the work as soon as I arrived and my car was ready for me to drive off literally 75 minutes after I dropped it off. Very happy with my experience. Hopefully I never have to replace my windshield again, but if I do, I'll definitely be returning to My Auto Glass.
