I had a wonderful experience. After struggling to get an exhaust manifold from jeep Chrysler dodge and ram for over 5 months, this company was able to get both exhaust manifold sides delivered in one day, and installed that same day. Exceptional service, and honest people!

Our 2001 4 runner named Pepe is approaching 300 k and the steering quality was gone. Now it s back and handles like better than new.

Recently took my car here for a battery issue we were having and was beyond happy with the service. Steven s follow up, and explanations were thorough. Will definitely be brining my cars back here for future problems

Great experience here! Alan had amazing customer service skills and made me feel so welcome! They were very thorough in their multipoint inspection performed with my scheduled oil change. They document everything they find and provide estimates. Best part is they don t pressure you to get any of the recommendations you aren t prepared for! Great to find a local service shop that cares about your car and your experience. Had some suspension work done here, a few weeks after the job I noticed some weird noises were happening when Id go over bumps. Took it in with questions expecting to get push back, they stood by their work and fixed all the issues that day. Really impressed with the teams professionalism and character. Highly recommend.

I Had a whole lot of issues with my VW jetta. Instead of a stressful process of finding out and diagnosing all the problems they made it a peaceful one. They were honest with me and were never trying to sell me on anything. The guys Allen and Steven are very friendly and were always there for any sort of questions I had about my car/repair. I recommend anybody who needs car maintenance or repair done to come here. I tried the dealership route at first and it was miserable, RSC automotive by far has exceeded my expectations . I will be coming here for future repairs/maintenance with no hesitation.

RSC can always get you in when needed to service your vehicle. They are very reliable and great at explaining everything to you. I took it in for a leak and unfortunately they couldn t locate it the first time but made up for it when I took it back in for same issue.

Very disappointed with RSCs customer service this morning. I made sure they could give me a ride home when I called for an oil change appt. However when I arrived to drop of my car, I was told they dont offer rides and I would have to pay for an Uber. After explaining the situation, I was given a blunt reply restating their policy. Although I live and work close by, I decided to leave and find another shop. I assume they have plenty of business due to their convenient location. Their pricing is higher than other regional shops but thats expected due to their location. Surprising since youd think a neighborhood shop would want to excel at customer service.

As usual the work was done timely and well done and for reasonable expense. Thats why I keep using this facility for work required on our vehicles.

The service at this location was very good. My vehicle had its 5000K mile service, basically oil change and tire rotation. My truck was finished when they said it would be done, and they didn t pile on any extra charges like many garages do. And the price was more than fair. I will return.

Steven Ceja, office manager, met me with a smile a kind greeting. I usually know within 5 seconds, whether this is a good guy or not. Vibes were very positive, so allowed them to change oil and filter on my rare 2016 Mercedes Smartcar Passion. Even brought my own oil and filter, thinking they wouldnt have it...well...they did, so next time, will let them do it. Great job, fair price, very clean facilities and latest technology. Learned they do most everything except auto painting and bodywork. I have found my new Go to auto repair and maintenance home! Manny and Steven are wonderful up front. What I also like is that it was family started, 11 years ago with an SBA loan from Hispanic Americans....What a great story of an American success! God bless. Best and most honest auto shop in town

This is my first experience with RSC Auto, I brought my car in for a transmission sensor repair, I was fully expecting them to tell me the transmission needed to come out of the car, give me a huge repair estimate and send me on my way like most other mechanics but I was wrong. Steven and the team at RSC diagnosed the issue as some damaged wiring, charged a very reasonable amount of money to fix it and I picked up the car the next day. Furthermore they did an inspection of the car at no additional cost and made intelligent and honest recommendations. I knew about the various maintenance concerns on my car, they didnt miss a single one, and didnt recommend anything that I wouldnt have needed. I got absolutely zero pushback when I declined further service. Their method of sending you photos to accompany your estimate and their recommendations is by far the best and easiest thing Ive seen in the industry. Fast, friendly, honest and fair. I dont know what more you could ask for in a mechanic. Awesome job guys, I will definitely be back the next time i have an issue and have already recommended others.

Amazing service.

I have been getting my 2001 Tundra serviced here for 6 years now. The truck is the best vehicle I have owned, and with its age and higher miles, it is important that I have mechanics that I can trust. Everyone at RSC performs excellent work. They are detailed, they are honest, they are not pushy, and they welcome questions about repairs and vehicle maintenance. I have a had a couple of repairs done where the parts fail and they have had no problem replacing and repairing under warranty at no cost. I feel important as a customer and I feel welcomed every time I show up. I also see that with all the other customers that bring their car in for service. All in all RSC is top notch and have my loyalty from here on out.

A friend recommended RSC automotive and I had my first experience with them today. Their service was outstanding. There was a strange intermittent burning smell in my car and I could not figure it out. They looked my car over the same day I brought it in. They assessed it and phoned me promptly. They ended up steam cleaning the engine to clear up some residue. I thought their prices were very reasonable. Not only did they give me a ride home when I dropped the car off, they also offered to return my car after the services as well. Very nice people. Its hard to find a good mechanic sometimes. Ive been taking my family cars to Juan at RSC Automotive for several years now. They have always been prompt to get me in, reasonably-priced, and quick in their care for my vehicles. Perhaps most important, though, is that they are HONEST. There have been instances where fixing the car just wasnt in my best financial interest, and they tell me so even though that means Im selling the car instead of paying them to repair it. I definitely have no hesitation to call Juan when anything goes wrong with one of my cars and I cant recommend this place more.

Just had a pretty big service. There was no pressure to do anything I didn t think necessary. They provided a courtesy shuttle back home. With my appointment, they were on time if not early. Throughout it all the staff was professional, kind, and clear up front. I ll always go to RSC.

We were on vacation and Albert noticed a bolt was missing from a shock on his truck. They were very compassionate and friendly and got us in right away. They ordered an Uber for us so we could go and eat lunch. We were very satisfied with their service and pricing. I would recommend everyone to go there!!!

Juan and the team at RSC auto are the absolute best around. I have been to many auto mechanics and going to RSC was a breath of fresh air after dealing with other local mechanics. I originally came to RSC auto because they had outstanding reviews. After experiencing the service at RSC I can see the validity In all of those great reviews. I have nothing but respect for Juan and the way he runs the place. He treats everyone with respect and you leave there feeling like family. They are passionate about serving your needs and they have never disappointed me. I also drive a foreign car and they replace the bad parts with genuine parts which is extremely important to me. I recommend every person I know to go here because I know they will be taken care of just as I have every time. Juan is a joy to do business with, I am always happy to see him and the many respectable team members I have come into contact with. I have nothing but the best words to share about RSC auto because they have treated me better than anyone else has in the industry that I ve come into contact with. At a time when I was in between jobs and stressed about my car they were truly a blessing to discover and work with. They also have a relationship with Synchrony which is an absolute life saver if you are ever tight on money. These guys are amazing, fast and HONEST. I usually take my car to the dealership and the 1 time I took it to another shop for work ended up causing more problems. My first encounter with RSC: I was referred to RSC by a tire place in town and Juan and his staff took care of my car and fixed the damage. My 2nd encounter required a quick diagnosis and fix of only what was absolutely necessary. No overselling and honest advice about what we could fix on our own. WHO DOES THAT?!!! I will never trust anyone else to touch my vehicles.

Jose did an amazing job. Not only is he a great person hes a great mechanic. If youre looking to get you vehicle fixed just come here. Big or small they can do it.

They did a difficult job on my AC and it took quite a bit of time and they only charged me half the time that it took which is more than fair my wife and I are very happy with the job

Besides the excelent attention we received from all. The part I was most impressed was how clean it was. The other thing I liked was that I had gone to numerous auto repair shops and where giving me a quote way higher and finally went here and rcvd an awesome price. Really happy over all with everything I will definitely be taking all my vehicles there.

Straight forward. Quick service. I would recommend. Maybe add a carwash to service repairs over a certain dollar amount? Or coupons? Currently I take my car to Valvoline because the drive thru is convenient, but if I had a coupon I would consider taking my car to you. Just an idea to go above and beyond and keep customers returning

My Prius completely broke down and I called here after calling four other places pretty distraught and bummed by how rudely the other mechanics had treated me. I spoke with Sean and right away I was stoked I had called. He was kind and happy to help as well as inform me that the diagnostic test would be free when every other mechanic said it would be $120 + !!! He totally had my car running a day later and even fixed my side mirror I had been driving around busted for three years because another mechanic quoted me for $100 and here I was quoted $20 which he ended up doing for free since I paid in cash. Such a cool and trust worthy dude! This guy genuinely has your back and this single mama truly appreciates it! I will never go anywhere else! Long live RSC!
