Love this place for my Mercedes AMG. I recently had my brake pads and rotors replaced with the same parts that the dealership uses but at a much lower cost. Unlike most auto repair places, this one does not try to upsell their customers and still “goes the extra mile.” The San Carlos location is the one I have experience with.
I have been trusting Holland Car Care with our vehicles since 1983. They are trustworthy, efficient and friendly. Never had a problem in 40 plus years!!!
After being quoted a $11k repair by Mercedes, Hollander Car did the required work for $2k with a very efficient process to boot. They even showed me a picture of the problem which made me feel much better about what we were dealing with.
Shawn and everyone that works there makes it a wonderful experience. I always feel cared for and respected. It’s a wonderful place for a single woman to feel safe and not taken advantage of by anyone. Reasonable rates and attention to detail. I highly recommend it for your car service.
I had a leak in my windshield washer fluid line and was dripping fluid everywhere (2018 BMW X3). So I called up Holland and they were very accommodating (offering me an appt the next day!), they provided a quick estimate, the estimate was very reasonable and the work was completed before the time they promised it back to me! All in all it was a perfect car repair experience! I will return in a few months and will have regular services done here from now on.
Blake was a pleasure to work with. He was pleasant and direct explaining what repairs the vehicle needed. Never felt pressured to move forward and fix repairs that at the moment we were not financially prepared to fix. The repairs that were done were done timely and the cost was fair. I would definitely would come back for future repairs. Thanks to all the whole Holland car care staff from the front desk to the techs who worked on our vehicle.
Blake was incredible from the moment I called him. The quote, the follow-up and the work was awesome. He kept to the cost and timeline while keeping me updated along the way. They replaced the motor in my 2014 750Li and had it running like its brand new. 4.4 Twin Turbo was a cake walk for this incredible team. Very thorough throughout thr process and returned my car clean and ready to go for the weekend. I would suggest them for big and small jobs. They will see me again for maintenance along with my family and friends.
I don’t live near San Carlos anymore but there is a reason I’ll always be willing to drive out to Holland. Their service is unmatched. They work quickly and are very transparent with what they identify in your car. They will call once they’ve got a diagnosis on what issues they found and break down what is priority and the cost to fix. I appreciate their honesty as they always let me know what needs to get fixed and how long I can wait to get the necessary work done. Their pricing is always clear and fair. If your looking for a shop with great service, quick turn around time, and very fair pricing, Holland Car Care is the best you’ll find in the Bay Area.
