Came in for an oil change and I knew it was time for a tire rotation. They didn’t rotate my tires correctly they just swapped the fronts to the back and they stripped one of my lug nuts. It’s a VW so it’s not just a standard stud and now I have the replace the whole assembly because the bolt snapped in half.

Everyone was very professional, and friendly. While the process was going on, I had conversations with the guy who checked me in, as weel with w young lady who was very helpful in enrolling me in your discount program. I WILL BE BACK.

I came to get an oil change one car in front of me one next to me tell me why I was told to reverse and let car next to me go in front of me I asked why he said he was going to help other guy first I then said I was here behind this car why would I move and let another car go first. At this point I been here 35 and have yet to get an oil change and guy says that’s how things are done here I will not be coming back and I don’t recommend this place jiffy lube better and more professional

Service was friendly and fast. Came when there was only 1 car in the bay. No pressure to buy additional services. I don’t like how they extract the old oil by machine if you have a skid plate. I usually change my own oil, but have been working longer days with longer commutes and haven’t had time to, so I came here in a pinch. I brought my own oil and filter with me, and at the end of the service the tech handed me back the leftover quart. It was dripping in oil.. Who would want to put that in their car? Lol. I would’ve appreciated it if she wiped it down. Also, when I was shown the new oil level, it still looked dirty which isnt typical for my car with a regular drain and fill. The nail in the coffin was I asked for 38 for my tires and when I checked after driving they were at 32/33. Had to go to the tire shop after coming here to air them up again. It’s little details like this that determine whether you want to be a return customer, especially when the store wasn’t busy to begin with. I don’t think I’ll be back
