Wasnt really a fan of this place. Make you feel like using a coupon is bad and have to verify with every person that its ok to use this is after you agree to get the service done. Also left oil stain smudge on my car and didnt reconnect glove carpartment handle......annoyed.

Not good service They supposedly check the fluids but that is not true. Last week my truck needed antifree and they didnt put it in.

Worst service. I ve gone here before for an oil change and I should ve known better when they thought a Subaru was a German car. Nonetheless I went back and I regret my decision. My car is making a terrible noise and it s lit up like a Christmas tree. They thought this was sufficient and sent me on my way. I would never go back here, they know absolutely nothing about cars.

I have a CVT transmission (kind of expensive to change the fluid $270), but they researched and discovered the manufacturer called for a much less expensive, and more common fluid (still 100% synthetic)... only $70. I m so grateful for their diligence to triple check that the info was correct & for their honesty. The dealer wanted to charge $330.

I visited pre covid and service was wonderful. Just pricing is a bit high, lately it seems we all need an oil change at the same time and near impossible to be seen. For a standard oil change I was quoted $79 higher for synthetic

Went in for an oil change but they let me know the drain plug was put on wrong last oil change. They showed the drain plug saying it was stripped and missing the bottom treads although thats how my cars oil drain plug was from the OEM. They let me know they replaced it with a new one but will probably have oil leaks unless I return and get that fixed. I had my last oil change from the Toyota dealership which I find it quite suspicious that I try to change things up a bit and I finally have an oil leak. If its your first time here and your not in their system... The last place may of done the oil change wrong, even if it was you that did the oil change. Be very careful.

I needed brakes change ASAP ! and I called jiffy lube to see if they can install my new brakes on the same day and they said yes. They didn t let me down like other places. I called before. I drove to jiffy lube got assisted right away . All the gentlemen there are very kind and professional. They did my front brakes in a hour. And the best part , is the prices ! price for the brakes change is good/decent Not over priced exaggerated like other places. They got the job done and for a good price. I recommend coming here for sure. And I will be back for my back breaks change . This is my number 1 place to come now. Thanks you

Took my wife s car here for an oil change and it turns out they cut the bottom panel of her car and put a beer can inside it. This caused a weird noise until we found the cause. I just notified Jiffy Lube customer service, will see if they take care of it, otherwise I will leave this here unedited. Definitely recommend going elsewhere for your car service needs.

Those 2 mechanics there did an Awsome job I was in and out coupon ready with there masks on, No hassle just straight up friendly thanks for the service my Jeep.

So two years ago I loved it here. However yesterday i went in to get a conventional oil change and the guy was giving me an outrageous price of almost $150.00. When I asked he said prices went up well I take 2 other vehicles there and was recently there and paid less than $50.00. I asked what he was charging? He said that was only for oil and filter yeah ok.... Duces miss me cause Oil Can Henry charged me $60 and topped off all off my oils and were really nice to me. My 3 vehicles and I will not miss yall just saying.

I find it funny that companies like these use the tools necessary to keep their business going during COVID but as soon as policies change the tools and customer service goes away. During Covid you would drive up stay in your car even to Pay. So I went to this location on N Main st (first time). I had three kids 2 babies and a 5 year old . We waited in line for 40 minutes and another 15 minutes for the oil change. When finished they said there was no way of me paying staying in the car that I had to get off . What a joke. First time and last. Seaside location way faster. Last oils change I pulled up and left within 20 minutes. Go to Seaside

Change the oil every 4,000 miles, and grease it! Do the maintenance and your truck will take care of you.

Another jiffy lube didnt secure my skip gaurd properly. Salinas was the closet at the time it came loseand started dragging. They fixed the mistake and were friendly and quick about it!

Sometimes good, sometimes not that much. Service depends on your luck and who is on the shift. I do the oil change here, and they check all the basic stuff that I usually dont, so... from that perspective, it gives me a little more tranquility beleive that Im seeing the full picture. Although I dont always like the service (sometimes they are lazy to check what I ask them to), I usually come here for oil changes (and bc I have a $10 discount card).

As always very quick and friendly, only one thing was kinda disappointing that tire pressure was set at 35/35, while my cars sticker Cleary states 30/29,i mean I usually remind them to look at the sticker, this time I forgot But still. They should check it, not me Overall good experience Adding to my previous experience. Yesterdays wasnt that good, had an oil change . It seemed good, but next day my clean driveway had a puddle of oil on it, like a half of gallon. Had to drive back and have them fix it. They were working on it for a while. And said the plug wasnt tight. Happened before in different city in jiffy lube too.and had couple of drops in the driveway. But this time was literally a puddle of oil. Also manager said (or whoever was talking to me) that usually they would replace the plug. But my car is very different from others (subaru forester) so they have to put same plug back. So every time it gets worse and harder to get on tight. So I told him, why do you offer services then, if you dont have a plug for my vehicle, but have for others, I would have not come then... , he said, that he will order plugs for subaru, and put a new one in next time. Nobody apologized to me at all, they just fixed it and send me on my way!!! Very disappointed! Plus I asked for a oil-dri to clean my driveway, he said they dont have any. But then he said I can buy it and bring him a receipt.. Took me 20 minutes to get it from the store and another 15 to get the driveway clean...plus I have asthma so it was very dusty for me. No even counting the time I have spent driving back and forth.and gas. Worrying.... Terrible. And the thing that they DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE!!!just devastating. Terrible service and customer care this time.

One guy was rude as they come. The other was polite, professional and kind. He even noticed i needed a new air filter, but the guy training him made the whole experience a bad one. Pricing seem high.

Jiffy Lube flushed my brake fluid, a service which other lube places dont offer. They were efficient, visible, respectful, and half the price of what the dealership wanted to charge.

Was disapointed with service and price seemed higher than other oil change businesses

They ivertightened my oil pan, so it started leaking immediately, I took it back, they said it was there before. Which is a definite lie! Besides thats the only place I go, and its NEVER had a leak that they didnt cause, usually its the washer they forget, this time its a $200. Fix ! I am not happy, that they didnt admit they caused it.

Even though they were short handed on a SUNDAY morning...the staff did a great job and got us in an out quickly and did a GREAT job
