Wifi don't work there was a roach in our room other then that it's ok
the room was 120.00 and it was so grimy dirty. Grimmy dirt on walls and blood stains everywhere. They even wanted to charge us a deposit. lol for what? the person that left it a mess yesterday? . Gross gross gross! i only stayed because it was the only place available. never never will i rent this place again. i cleaned it before i got comfortable its 2 hours later and the dirt stayed i refuse to scrub. The Tolet seat is broken as well! My Dogs house is cleaner than this place!
Nice little place. The rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. Good shower. Staff friendly. It was actually a pretty quiet place being right next to the highway and a truck stop. Also, it's pretty secure. One way in and out. My only complaint was the TV. Only 3 channels had volume. For some reason, the other channels audio was muted. Not a deal breaker. Too tired to care.
rooms are somewhat updated, beds are uncomfortable and the TV is very small, and not many options to watch. only 2 stars for service because I had to wait and sit on the steps for my company to call and pay because the lobby was closed for no reason.
The employees at the front desk were very professional and courteous. We needed a place to stay just for one night the price and location were perfect. I would definitely stay here again! We were here to visit the Monterey Bay area ion a girl's road trip and did not want to spend a whole lot of money on a hotel since we would be traveling different areas.
Very clean & looks like just updated; love the ledge along back of tub that you can put all your shower needs. Internet was slow & after dinner when more checked in you couldn't use it at all; bed was hard & not enough outlets. Denny's & Jack in the Box close by. No breakfast & any extras like kleenex
Had a stopover only but appreciated the clean room and super friendly staff. Requested a quiet room and had a great upstairs room nice and large and very clean. This hotel served it's purpose for us. Close to cheap eats and easy on/off the highway.
Appreciated the efforts of the office staff, late evening, to help us secure a safe, clean, comfortable room during our travels. It is also a trucker's stop-over, so some rooms might be considered 'boxey' & sparse. The office staff was very responsive to our concerns and moved us to a better matched room immediately. The grounds are kept clean and flowers watered by a wonderful gentleman who has been taking pride in his responsibilities for years. ||Thank you for a good resting place!
Rooms: The rooms are relatively spacious and most are equipped with two queens. Nearby activities: Very close to Monterey at the south and Santa Cruz to the north. Noteworthy details: The long stay tenants can be quite loud.

The people who run this hotel are very nice but the only thing is they dont get too many channels on other than that the hotel is wonderful

They charged me 250 for one night, I paid it only because I was very tired from driving and the 6th was all occupied, a crappy hotel.

Well spread out location that can accommodate large numbers of heavy vehicles and its off freeway, with 24 hr., Jack in the box annexed. Courteous front desk, well maintained inn.

Got stuck here in Salinas for work and this was the only hotel available. Very old and outdated not the WORST im sure but definately not the best stay. Most customers seemed to live there and took the place over once the sun started going down. Loud music and soccer in the parking lot made it almost impossible to get any decent rest. It was like a festival after hours. Seemed the same story from the surrounding motels. If you have a choice move on down the road a little. Nice management from what i can tell but honestly it didnt help.
Clean for the most part, has lots of amenities compared to other motels around the area. Super slow and unreliable wifi

Horrible worst hotel in my life! I was in my room no more than an hour ! I then get a knock at the door from the hotel manager and my boyfriend standing together. The manager was yelling and pointing at me about no visitors and that I had to go! He claim that I had multiple visitors and I told him I want my damn money back and that he was a lier . No body came to my room at all! I told him I m going to call the cops on him for harassment if he didn t give me my money and then told him to check his damn cameras! Smh! Horrible night !

Currently staying here for work till friday and i cant even sleep because i beleive im getting bit by bedbugs so itchy and cant stop scratching or sleep smh was better off sleeping in my work truck

We had a very bad experience, they give us the wrong card to open the door, I kept calling and calling and no one answered the phone. Theres also an 1800 number same thing they didnt ANSWER. We had to stay somewhere else.

The room was okay, very outdated. My experience was terrible. There were so many people just hanging out in the parking and it was unsettling to say the least. Also there were people fighting next door. It was a last resort stay but will never go back.
My boyfriend and I stayed here this weekend, he saw reviews somewhere that werent bad at all and heard it was newly renovated but they must have been talking about another hotel. We arrived Saturday night around 8PM - the staff was friendly but there were at least 15 people just hanging around outside and by the stairs up to our room. The room was very outdated but everything worked fine - the bed was as hard as a rock and the 2 pillows provided were so old they werent even pillows anymore. We could head everything the people staying next to us on both sides all night. The bathroom was nice and the shower was huge. The latch on our door was broken so we slept with the table in front of the door. We went to bed at 11PM and at 4AM the phone in our room rang and when my boyfriend answered - loud rap music was playing. When he looked out the window he saw 4 cop cars going toward the back of the hotel, again at 5AM our phone rang and someone was saying hello but nothing else. It was like a scary movie that we paid way to much for . I really dont recommend this hotel.
