Customer service is rubbish, specifically an employee Miguel, I asked for help and he denied me help.

I was approached by someone who gave me the impression that he worked there but then tried to sell me something that had nothing to do with the store.

Very bad customer service, waited for about 20 minutes, walked around trying to find someone and all sections had people waiting, and all associates are just walking around, if you need assistance this isnt this place. Go to home depot.

Terriable service......Had a measure scheduled between 1-4 on a Friday, day before measure i get a text at 5:30 pm saying measure has been changed to morning and call if there is an issue. Tried calling the 3rd party measure and they were closed. Called store, Assistant store manager ( Joaquin)says there is nothing they could do and gave me attitude like it was my fault. Took half a day off work so this measure could take place.

I found what I was looking for, the employees were very friendly.

Clean, organized, was greeted an entry, asked twice by different employees if I needed help. They lose 2 stars because they have salesman walking the floor that will ask you loaded questions like, Do you want to lower your energy bill? But at the same time have no information or ability to answer any questions for what therere peddling and admit theyre just a middle man. Does Lowes get a kickback from these people bothering customers?

Kathy at the Salinas Lowe s was the most helpful employee,. Came in to the store today for some paint and other supplies. She knew right where everything was, gave me great advice on a few other items that could be helpful for my project. I hope Lowe s know a valuable asset she is something s can t be trained they are a natural talent and that Kathy has it.

Hello, is their anyone there?? Wow. 20 min left waiting for someone who works in the paint department. No thanks, goes to the guy asking if Im I trested in a reward program. Instead of locating me help. Thank you to the guy at returns . U made the effort by calling for help over the intercome twice. Yet your efforts still didnt get me any help.. should I have waited longer??. How much long? if so.. Home depot it is.. great jobs lows. In salinas . U have terrible staffing .

Horrible service! Hardware department no help! Paint department wow! Kathy was her name. She so rude and so unhelpful. She was really truly an unpleasant person. She really did not want to help in anyway. We asked her to mix our paint she barely said a word .we walked away to grab a few things.she walked passed us and left the store I couldnt believe it! Lowes has horrible customer service..the girl Jacqueline in garden was the nicest person in the store.. other then Jacqueline nobody was helpful so disappointed

TERRIBLE customer service. I needed help in the flooring department today and waited for almost an hour without receiving any service. I flagged several staff in red vests for help and all indicated the same thing we ll call someone for the flooring department and no one showed up.

This location is awful with assistance. I tried paging for assistance 3x in the flooring section and even calling the stor to see about getting assistance because nobody responded to the page from the other store associates. Ive been waiting over 30 minutes with zero assistance. Do not recommend getting assistance for your flooring needs here at all.

Sabrina at Lowes is so sweet and helpful. Spent a lot of time with us picking out our new door and appliances. Awesome Dont go to HD, they suck. We will definitely go back for other big ticket items. And although HD is much closer, Lowes has better customer service. so worth the extra 25 min drive. The 5 stars is just for her. Update: front door arrived with a small damage, went through what felt like chinese water torture method of trying to get a hold of customer service... eventually damage remedied. But only because I emailed Sabrina. However, customer service is still woefully lacking. I called the credit/ rewards card customer service # and the agent was incredibly rude. Sigh.

The guys were WONDERFUL. I they were clean, fast, friendly. Took the old machine, put in the new, tried it out. they were gone under 30 minutes from the time they knocked on my door. Thank you for sending them

I was so lost on what size to get for my window (heat control tint) I came with a picture of my window and had the measurements down. FYI I don t know anything about measuring but simply measured my window came in and got help from a nice lady named Annamarie I believe that s how you spell her name. But thank you so much for your help and kindness.

I live a distance from Lowes so shopping online before I drive there is necessary. Have you tried to shop Salinas Lowes online? You cant get prices nor find if they have (what you are looking) for in stock. I need treated fence material for 100 LF of fence i.e. posts, boards, screws etc. You have to text customer service who tells you nothing worthwhile. I also tried to purchase 360 sf of putting turf online. No way was this even a possibility online. Their system was so convoluted. With that I purchased the turf from a local supplier ($1500) and am now headed to Home Depot for the fence material. I will only shop at Lowes if I happen to be in Salinas.

You really need to shop the online site to get deals. Many 4th of July savings were not reflected in the store. Otherwise a nice place to shop. I ordered online, and the pickup experience was excellent. Associates were cheery and helpful.

The Salinas Lowe s is a trek for me but super mellow on the weekend and worth the trip. more developed store and more selection than Home Depot and less hectic factor.

The worst customer service I was waiting on the line for 40 minutes and nobody care. I called the customer service five times and every time they told me we re gonna call someone for you.

Update: I went back in and spoke with a very friendly and helpful manager who solved my problem and said I never should have been treated the way I was by the sales associate. Lesson: when in doubt, speak to a manager! I bought $1500 gas range. It was delivered by 2 rude workers. A part was missing, so I called the delivery guys twice to ask them to check the packaging for the missing part. They never returned my call, so I went to the store. The store employee was likewise rude. She showed no concern whatsoever and said thats not our problem, youll have to call the manufacturer. Lowes sold me something that was incomplete and then told me that it was my problem, not theirs, that it was incomplete. Whatever happened to the customer is always right, especially when I was! So, then I called LG 4 times and spent an hour on the phone before I spoke with the right person, who hopefully will send me the part within 10 days. Needless to say, Ill buy my next appliance from someplace other than Lowes.

While HD may price match, Lowes had lower prices and better spring sales that dropped the price further. I also like their patio cushion patterns and prices compared to their competitor.

LOWES IN SALINAS DOES NOT HONOR ITS CARPET CONTRACTS! DO NOT BUY CARPET FROM LOWES! It has been 2 weeks 3 days since the partial installation of carpet in my home. I have been dealing with long wait times for this to be resolved. It feels like they are stalling to see if I will just go away. The Salinas Lowes (store 2805) measured my carpet and sent installers with not enough carpet to complete the living room of my home and sent the installer with a cheaper padding (I ordered the medium grade). Make sure you are getting what you pay for. The contract states 7 areas to be updated with stairs. Richard, the Assistant Manger called me last week on June 5th and offered me the product for free if I would pay for the installation. I thought I already paid for the installation and why should I have to pay for installation when clearly Lowes did not send the correct amount of carpet the first time. He said he would have to talk to his boss and get back to me in a couple of days, which was Friday, June 9, 2023. Richard did not call me back with an update, so I called him and left a message. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THE SALINAS LOWES, AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY CONTRACT HONORED AND CARPET INSTALLED THIS WEEK!!!! I have family coming for Fathers Day and if it is not completed before then, I will explain to all of my family members the difficulty I am having with the Salinas Lowes and how they do no honor their contractual obligations. I am a hardworking single person who feels taken advantage of by LOWES. Looking to place a complaint with the California Contractors Licensing Board, Better Business Bureau, and Corporate if LOWES contractual obligations are not met.

It was a mixed bag of experiences. I did find an associate that helped me find what I was on search, but then when I went to cashier was rude to a customer before me and dealt with me no better and what was really disturbing was the fact the supervisor watching was unaffected by the attitude displayed. I ignored the rumors as I havent experienced this in Fresno but this wasnt encouraging my confidence.

Absolute crappiest Lowe s store. Worst customer service, worst management. Have had a nightmare experience purchasing a washer here. No one ever answers the phone it rings all day then hangs up on you. Just do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and don t purchase here.

I ordered an item online and wanted curbside pickup but I couldnt wait 10 minutes outside and went inside to pickup the item. Not a lot of staff to handle orders. I give them 5 Stars because I wont ever shop at Home Depot because of bad service and cheap products. Every time Ive shopped at Lowes in the past I get lots of help from their sales people

When their delivery service failed miserably to deliver a dryer to my rental on a specific date, Lowe s excuse was it s out of our hands, it s a third-party that delivers the product. I cut up my credit card on the spot. I will never do business with Lowe s again!

Horrible!!! I mean horrible customer service. Specially the forklift crew. You ask them if they can help bring down a stack of plywood on second shelf. The workers tell me they are busy right now. I look around the store and there is no more customers. they park that forklift and they take off somewhere else. 45min later you see them just walking. I just don t get it. I understand they are not on salary, or it doesn t seem like they are working on a hourly pay cause they take their time. If they are not there to work then they should find another job they actually will enjoy. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!This is awful.

Went to buy a dryer and took over half an hour to get help from personal at the appliance center(which we didnt got) until Rosa came and helped us in less than 5mnts we were done went over to costumer service to pay invoice for dryer took over 20mnts and nothing guess what until Rosa came again and charged us for the invoice(Rosa and his partner were looking for the dryer at this waiting time wich they had with them at the time of charging us) Rosa came to the rescue both time also help us load the dryer to the vehicle with his parter(didnt got his name) Thank you Rosa and his Partner.

Love walking into this store. Lots of variety. We also get our table top Christmas trees here. We were on the look out for a Christmas Tree Storage Bag. Not all their holiday items were out yet. The store associate Sabrina was helpful,kind, and didnt stop until the item was in our hands. This young lady went through the isle with use,got the lift to look up at the top. Their handheld computer showed the item was in the store and after several trips to the stock room, located the item. Very refreshing these days because all too often we hear, Sorry we dont have or Its out of stock the younger workforce dont really work or know how. Shes Amazing. Dont ask for help as nobody comes. There are 7-8 associates, not busy with anything particular, standing around chit chatting, and when I ask for help after paying to load up the flooring products into my car, nobody came. After waiting and multiple pages for help, I did it myself. Btw this was at 5pm on a Tuesday.

wow they have worse customer service than Home Dept and thats saying a lot. As I write this I am back in the cue for customer care after about 40 minutes of being transferred etc. So, I bought a tile table. It was delivered with a lot of damage. I returned it and reordered. Same thing happened again. Its pretty obvious that they just packaged up returned items and sent them back out again. So I ordered for the third time. The return label for the second table had a tracking number that Fed X didnt recognize. they advised me to get a new return tracking number. Called customer service...waited...talked to a person for quite awhile...and then got kicked out of the cue. help!

Whenever they deliver things and place them in my house, they always scratch or damage the item They always have to come back to my house This cannot be a problem anymore. Tell the workers to be more careful. Or I will get them fired. If you don t believe me, watch me I will fire all of them.

Good place to buy things for your home quickly, I dont like their parking or their attention, no one helps you, its strange.

I love this store! I feel like they have the biggest selection in our area when it comes to home improvement. We come all the time and I had to write a review for my last visit. We needed quite a few pieces of wood trimmed down to fit into my car and employee Miguel took so much time with us and went above and beyond to cut the wood not only to the size to fit in my car but to the final dimensions we needed. He spent almost a half hour making sure we got everything perfectly cut and then actually came out to make sure it fit while loading. He deserves store recognition!

I went to Lowes in Salinas last night to buy some plywood. 2 employees at this store turned this review from 1 star to 5 star. The first was Curtis. If I have ever found a more courteous, knowledgeable and helpful sales associate anywhere, I surely dont remember. Curtis came to me and asked if I needed help rather than me having to walk around hoping to find someone. After he took me to the item I was looking for, we had a short chat and he went on his way. Curtis is the reason Ill be coming back to Lowes hands down. After the experience with Curtis I had just the opposite experience with an associate over in the lumber dept. This person obviously didnt want to be there, and it showed. I asked to speak with the manager, a fellow by the name of Joaquim. Going to store managers with a complaint is something I seldom do. But in this case the manager needed to be made aware of this person. The manager I spoke with was Joaquim. He briefly explained to me that he had just recently transferred from San Jose to Salinas and was still getting accustomed to a different town and a different store. Joaquim listened to my complaint and that was all I had hoped for. He struck me as genuine and most concerned that he personally wants to see every customer that walks out of Lowes a happy customer. So it was a pleasure to meet both Curtis and Joaquim last night. Combined these 2 guys turned a certain 1 star review into a 5 star review and kept a customer of long standing.

Horrible experience this morning 1/14/24. My Husband and I have been doing some home improvements and today we came in to Lowe s located in Salinas, Ca! I went to the front of the store and asked an employee if she could send us some help in the flooring and grout dept., after waiting for a help for 30 minutes and 2 attempts requesting help with the employee, we left and took our business and money elsewhere. Very disappointed and disgusted with the lack of support and help with Lowe s and the employees working.

Its a decent store. Clean, staffed appropriately. I prefer Lowes to Home Depot, and prefer their tool brands as well. Especially Estwing, Irwin & Kobalt (over husky). But the service Ive received at this location could be a lot better. I mean, it is a mega corp - so of course theyre not going to pay people who know about the products & related industries and such enough to work there. Just warm bodies to stock shelves. But during my visits this past year (approx 1/mo), I have had 1 in which the an associate was very helpful and went out of his way to help me. But the vast majority of employees were very young, reluctant to to help (especially to actually find a solution) and my last visit today the associate that looked up an item for me a few minutes started speaking very quietly to another associate in Spanish, and I didnt look over but I do know Spanish and I *believe he was talking about me from the content & context, and it wasnt appropriate. Not the worst things a person could say for sure, just complaining about me and picking a bit - but what got me was the assumption that I wouldnt know what he was saying. But I did.

No customer service. Lost out on a bbq sale, Black stone, and a lawn mower sale. When its the closest big box store to a new house and you want to get the back yard figured out in one stop dont come here. Will be going to home depot or the gilroy Lowes from now on. I know this wont mean much, but just sad. When employees stare at the ground and not greet the customers at the customer service desk why have one. Standing around for help to make purchases and have them page someone and no one shows up....enough said. Would give zero stars but not able to.

I had bought a trailer 7 pin plug, but did not end up needing/ using it. Made a return and it was so easy, they put the money back on my wifes card even without her there. Nice job Lowes.

Do not order any large items from Lowe s online and expect much help with problems after delivery from this store or from Lowe s 800 number. We had a toilet delivered smashed. It took a week of more than a dozen phone calls to resolve. I talked to multiple associates, managers, delivery drivers, and the deliver company. Everyone says talk to the store. The store says they will call me back. I had to call back all week. They went to the wrong address for the first pickup and when they finally refunded me they didn t refund $86.00 in delivery fees. I had to call Lowe s 800 number again today to get that back. The worst customer service experience I ve ever had and I used to prefer Lowe s to Home Depot.

Very poor customer service had a very bad experience with return, does not follow return policy posted in their store. Staff are not friendly. Does not communicate well. They can handle the situation in a different way and i would have a lot of patience waiting if the staff is approachable.

Wide variety of plants, pots, foods, pesticides, and more. Good prices, got this product to help control aphids. Works great and only paid $10.

Picked up roofing materials. Thought the price was ok. Roofing isnt cheap. Staff was helpful the day we were there.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a new washer and dryer online, but Lowes failed every aspect. Long story short. After waiting nearly two weeks for an installation appt, Lowes charged my account but missed my delivery day and now wont be able to schedule it again until next week. Very little professionalism and you cant contact anyone who cares. I tried calling the store. They picked up and were silent, and when I finally said Hello?, they just giggled and hung up. When I called the number in the email I was put on hold for almost 25 minutes. When I finally reached someone they didnt seem to really care that I was now washing my clothes in the bathtub. Today I called for a FULL REFUND so I could buy someplace else. The person was somewhat professional, but made no effort, outside of refunding my money, to keep my business. Ive decided to buy my appliances at Costco where they at least pretend to make an effort to keep their customers.

Had to wait over an hour for an item I ordered and in the end the Picking Up team could not locate my item.

Love this place. For some reason it just has a better vibe than Home Depot.

So happy to have a Lowes here in the area. The Military Discount is so helpful. We shop here for a great slelection of plants and lumber. Other areas are good to talk with but they have a disconnect with online prices. Have to call or visit to confirm if they can match prices.

Dont bother to order online at this Salina, CA location! They will ask to wait on line at customer service; it could take a long time. In my case, I was on a job, and was thinking that it would be quicker to order online: wrong! It would be faster and easier for me to go in, get what is need, and get out. I am done with online ordering at this location!

The store says that they will beat their competitors and give a 10% off, but that was not case when I show up with a home depot receipt from home depot for the same material. I ask for the manager opinion and he was really rude. Not a good experience from someone that spences thousands on this store!

I bought an A&O brand water heater and it didnt work. The warranty gives many excuses and does not solve the problem, very low quality of the appliances, do not buy appliances there.

Average. Cleaner than Home Depot and somewhat better merchandised, but both have limited selection.

Ordered some blocks already paid in full and promised a certain time to receive them but til this day still waiting on product?? Its been going on 4 weeks;Theres also not much associates asking customers if they need help, we actually had to look for help? I ve being waiting for my refrigerator now for close to 2 weeks. They advise it would be deliver on June 5. No call or text letting me know that they have move my delivery date to June 10. On June 9 I finally got the confirmation that my refrigerator will be deliver between 7:30-11am. I get a text advise me that my refrigerator will be deliver in 30 minutes. Time passes by and no refrigerator or a call letting me know what s going on. I call the logistics and they told me they forgot the refrigerator at the store. But no phone call to give me an update or apologies for the mistake. I have to do my own detective work to see what s going on. I should give this store a 0 star. Horrible customer service. Just as bad as the competition if not worst. I also call to get a manager and someone just hang up on me. Really bad and frustrating. I have very high expectations for Lowe s but the good thing is I now know that customer service is not on top of there list so I will think 3 times if I want to shop here.

Great selection of water heaters.

This store should be ashamed of how poor their customer service and internal communication is. It has been a constant back and forth with them since the beginning of June trying to coordinate delivery of a washer. They were finally able to deliver it, turns out it was broken, they removed it but also took part of the stacking kit leaving us unable to stack the new unit once it was set to arrive. More back and forth later and finally the new unit was in store but no one had notified us. We finally coordinate delivery for today 7/8/21 but apparently they did not communicate internally that the delivery was set for today. We finally gave up on them and picked it up ourselves to self-install. What a mess. This place needs a serious upgrade in customer service.

Customer service was way better than in Gilroy Ca. I was really surprised to see a big difference in their customer service and you re able to find someone to help you. Curbside pickup is great too. They were out with my door in less than 2min. In Gilroy they would never come out. Great job guys.

Hey everybody, Im disappointed in my recent visit to Salinas Lowes. Went in to purchase refrigerator filter a few different types of bulbs for home And a disposal for sink I asked staff to help me locate items as I had been to asile and not seen items.. So staff then redirected me back to asile .. without coming to help me pick items Not only that but it was difficult to find anybody to help me.. ... I mean I really made a long drive to the city to pick up the things I need, however staff does not want to walk with me to show me items .. Im leaving disappointed/ not the in-store experience I am used too..

I want to congratulate Felipe for the great customer service and support. Every time I have been there, he goes out of his way to help me. I like going to Lowe s because of his courteous service. Than you very much Felipe.

Its important to preface this review by saying that the store was not even remotely busy -- it was 2pm on a Monday (7-26-2021) and Id go as far to say that the store was dead. Maybe a maximum of 30 customers in this massive store (Id know -- I walked the place several times unfortunately). So, I went in for 2 toilets. Website said there were 15 in stock. Cool. Turns out in a stroke of genius management decided to put Kohlers best selling toilet on the very top of the 15ft shelves. All 15 of them. None on the floor. Whatever. Asked for assistance getting them down and waited 40 minutes for the associate to return -- he never did. Asked for help from a customer service center, 10 minutes later someone came down my aisle and once again I asked for help getting the toilets down. She left and returned 15 minutes later and informed me that the lift we needed was in use and the person operating it would be by shortly. 20 minutes later she told me she is off her shift but the guy with the lift will be here to help shortly. 20 MINUTES LATER (seeing a theme here?) he had still not showed up so I went to the customer service desk and they informed me it would be up to AN HOUR until he was finished helping someone else... Luckily he came within 25 minutes (what has this store done to me?! That sounds like a short amount of time now...) and was cheerful. He helped me look for another product that said it was in stock online and on their internal database but was nowhere to be found. All in all a terrible experience. What couldve taken 15 minutes took this store TWO AND A HALF HOURS to do. I dont want to know what the staff at this store are like when it is busy and I am pleased to say I will never find out -- because I am never coming here again.

One of the windows was improperly installed, have called and stopped in store to get window replaced and have not received response. This issue has been ongoing for over 3 years. I have asked to be cced in emails and no one in store has responded.

Horrible customer service. Ive called 6 times today trying to inquire if a product was in stock. Nobody answers the phones regardless of what department Ive called except for paint, who answered and asked me to hold and did not come back to the phone. I finally hung up after 20 more minutes of being on hold. I couldnt even get ahold of the management team to inform them of my experience.

Worst experience ever. I placed an order online at 10 am and signed up for text alerts and email alerts. I guess an hour after I placed the order they canceled my order because they said they were out of stock and I never got any type of email or text alert. I waited til 6:30 and then gave them a call and they said they canceled my order because they were out of stock. Then someone else said they found it and if. I wanted to place the order again I can go into the store or do it online. Now I had used a gift card for my purchase and they told me it was going to go back to my card. So again I tried to do the purchase with my gift card and it said I have a 0 balance. I called Lowes again and they didnt answer. I called a 3rd time got a hold of a customer service team member. I explained my situation and he said he didnt know and said he would get a manager and if it was okay that I wait for the manager. Was waiting for 15 minutes and he came back and was like it is going to be a while is it okay if I get your number and have them call you back. I was like sure. The day came and went and I never received a call. This is the worst service ever provided. After I use this gift card that was given to me it will be the last time I step in to this store. Rather go to home depot.

If I could give this store negative stars I would. NO ONE ever answers the phone & all you get is the very unhelpful automated system. I have tried to call this store & talk with customer service, delivery, or a store manager. I let the phone ring 3mins, 4mins, 9mins, 6mins, & 8mins at different times. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. So each time I hung up. I was going to call & just let it ring out of curiosity just to see if anyone would bother to answer but decided not to waste my time. Ill shop over at Home Depot. & I really miss OSH which Lowes ran into the ground. OSH REALLY knew what customer service was all about & I miss them terribly, especially after the sickening treatment at Lowes. They need to fire everyone at this store & start over as an OSH run store!

Came here at 12:00 pm 10-29-21 I came to the appliance department and there were 2 employees Lucina and other didn t have have a name tag only a trainee . Asked for a freezer chest told me there were not in display . When I was ready I asked for what type freezer. Lucina in a very rude told me step other side of desk waiting for 6 min . No one acknowledge me . So I left to Home Depot We have big account with hope depot they been changing our appliances to stainless steel for 300 units The story of the day is that I been telling my supervisor To change to lowes . But after today I really don t wanna do business with them .

I ordered a part for my paint sprayer and it arrived right on time!

Horrible customer service! I was waiting in line with hopes of buying a refrigerator, but instead you wait in line to watch their staff assist other customers on the phone. So, I went to Home Depot and I felt they really wanted my business. Whoever is the lead manager at Lowe s, you should have a separate support staff assisting customers on the phone because frankly you lost my business and I m assuming you have lost others as well. To wait in line knowing that your workers see you but ignore you is not how a customer should feel.

Staff is needed

I came early to this store to buy some feet of fake grass to avoid traffic and the busy time. Well! I was told by a female employee at the returns department that her manager informed her nobody is here to cut a piece of fake grass until 1000am. And, of course a male worker was just passing by and me he was asked by this female if he knew how to cut the fake grass, and as expected the male worker said No. And he just left just like that. And, the female worker did not apologize or tried harder to help me, just turned her face back to her boring routine. Lowes: you should put the specific schedule for the cutting grass on your website. WASTE OF TIME TRYING TO START MY DAY EARLY...

Very nice, clean, well stocked and organized. Our local Home Depot better step up their game ( You cant even fit your shopping cart down most isles). Would be nice if they accepted mobile pay like most modern businesses. 12/11/21The place looked nice when they opened and was well staffed if you go there today its a ghost town they never opened more than 1 register no people or staff inside the appearance seems to be like it would be closing soon. Is highest prized products compared to any store around that carries the same items.

Workers. very bad at serving the customer

Customer service in store was fine. However, their appliance delivery service is horrendous and I do not recommend purchasing large things that you need delivered. Horrible communication: we are on our THIRD promised delivery date and have waited two other different scheduled days ALL DAY for a delivery that never came and there was zero notification and no way to contact and check. Simply put, the staff must be embarrassed to even offer delivery as it is so bad.

Today my mom went to Lowes hoping for a typical shopping experience at a hardware store. Instead, she left with the sour taste of under-trained desperate-hire disappointing customer service and empty hands. Gone are the days when customer service staff were trained to provide such inviting and over-extending service that made it a easy to pay even inflated prices. I would like to think that this pandemic is the reason Lowes lowered their standards when it came to staffing and that that would be the only reason why my mother was treated as she was. To the woman that went out of her way to ignore my mother who was not white, and the women that ignored my mothers concern because she wasnt a male engaging in flirtation and conversation about how you manage to get work done in those pretty long nails of yours... dont be fooled. You werent Lowes first choice but merely a body in their uniform. Lowes management staff, dont worry. With unemployment checks coming back stronger than ever, they will be gone soon enough. Young man who my mother describes as a Helpful kid with long hair, thank you and put your resume out there. Youve got potential. Best, V.
