Ace Hardware Prunedale in Salinas

One major issue is no sign out to tell you it's anACE. It's like they don't want to advertise it's there. But it's brand new so maybe the sign hasn't arrived yet.

Mario and all the guys there are nothing but helpful. The store now is bigger and better. I've had keys made, machetes sharpened, etc.. If they don't have it, they'll order it. Great small town customer service. The store is my kryptonite.

Nicely organized and reopened ACE in the local area. First visit there and they declined to price match online. Not so helpful

Excellent new building, huge selection of products. The gentleman that owns this Ace does a fantastic job, I was asked if I needed help four times while I was there and the people there are very helpful.

The customer service here was excellent. They listened to our needs and made some good suggestions. Never felt like we were rushed and that's a huge plus for me. Also what i noticed was that the store was clean from top to bottom everything was stocked nice and neat. I will be coming back for sure. Highly recommend

Normally great place, chainsaw guy didn’t know chainsaws, probably a new guy, I’ll cut him some slack this time, but before I dump $500.00 on a tool someone should know what they’re talking about.

Brand new store brand new look. It's the biggest Ace Hardware I have ever seen. It's hard to picture the size of this. If you notice in the pictures, there's huge long isles. I didn't even take a picture of all of them. There's always somebody at the counter to help you or make your purchase. And the owner? Yes the owner is active. Remember me every time I enter the store and makes me laugh. The parking lot is huge private parking.It's a little hard to find but if you look at the pictures it'll make it easy. It's right before the christian school or right after the christian school. Okay, I gotta go pot my plants. See you here soon! Peace
