Had a little bit longer to wait because my technician wanted to make sure it looked good! Happy with the service and the quality of work. I feel confident that if I have a problem, they will do their best to rectify!

I was grateful to receive same day service. My Tech was both professional and thorough. The work was done quickly, and the chip was barely noticeable afterwards. I can highly recommend Safelite to anyone that wants to keep a small chip or crack in their glass from spreading. The photo attached is the original crack. It is now almost invisible. Had a very pleasant and painless experience having them replace my windshield thanks to a chip that began cracking across the whole window. Dropped off the car in the morning and got a call a few hours later and was able to pick it back up without any issues. Very friendly technician and great communication throughout.

It was a very easy process from start to finish. I did everything online to arrange an installation of a new windshield at my residence. The technician was right on time. There was just the right amount of communication from Safelite to me via email, texts and phone calls. Jonathan, the technician was very thorough and knowledgeable about his job. He explained what he was doing and was very professional at all times. The new windshield is perfect and so clean, compared to the old cracked one! I highly recommend Safelite Auto glass for your automotive glass needs. They got it right the first time.

. Everyone makes a mistake but it's how a company deals with it is what matters. Samuel and kandel are the 2 that I dealt with and I am really disappointed and getting a bit stressed out over the fact I spent 900 and my window doesn't work. It's been over a week and I still don't have a complete answer no call back no email back just me getting left in the cold. I have a feeling my reviews is to high and I will have to drop to 1 star I will rewrite this with the facts and pictures later I just had to change my 5 star as I have not received 5star service at all I feel that Safelite should of known that the slider is part of the back window. I have no idea until I go to pick up my vehicle and kandel tells me that "you know your slider doesn't work" I was caught off guard and no I don't know that. So the assembly and the window should all be 1 issue my window worked when the window broke. Now it's been a couple of weeks and my window still is not working the manager Samuel said he will look into it but it's been 2 full days this is day 3 and no call no message no update. I guess I will call and check in at my next break I need my power slider fixed and it should all be part of the 1rst interaction if I can get a call with a update and the update is within a reasonable rate my review will change for the positive. This is far more difficult than it should be especially with a company that usually on top of their work. I'm really disappointed with my service. My window worked the day I broke the Glass now I have a broken window with fixed glass just one more issue to add to the pile. I received a call from kandel and she let me know the part is being ordered and it is not in yet but she will call me and set a appointment to change it out. I am very thankful for the update.Is hope they can help me with out charging much more

The Safelite service technician came to my home on time and was very courteous and professional. He explained the process and cost breakdown and then went about doing the job. He completed the work efficiently and left no mess. At no time did I see him on his phone which is rare these days. He was all business and I appreciate that. Great customer service.

SafeLite is amazing! This was our second SafeLite encounter… a couple of years ago they fixed the same windshield when a rock hit it. This time the windshield cracked in another area from a quick temperature change, and had to be replaced. SafeLite was fast, efficient, and friendly. Izzac, the technician was brilliant. The cost was very reasonable!

First off I’d like the say all staff were friendly at this location. Appointment was at 2pm and was finished in around 50 minutes. The results were disappointing. One line review is don’t bother with filling in a crack just replace the entire windshield. If your insurance covers filling a chip in your windshield then by all means go ahead and try if it’s free. In my case it was free and I wish I would have just left the chip as is. Beforehand it was very small and largely unnoticeable. I thought it was just debris at first before I ran my finger over it and realized it was a chip. After it was done the gentleman told me he had to make the crack bigger because small chips were hard to fill. That is understandable however I have no idea how this is better than it was. Now that there’s two larger hairline cracks in the glass it will no doubt spread faster and likely be worse off than having left it. My advice to anyone thinking about filling the windshield is just don’t bother if it’s small enough. If you don’t have full comprehensive insurance try your luck with the Amazon chip repair kits before coming here. If you have insurance and have to pay a deductible for a full windshield replacement just go to a locally owned business instead of this shop.
