Trustlane Automotive in Salinas

Had a part break off of my car and it was getting dragged around on the ground— I needed a quick fix to be able to safely drive back to LA, and Trustlane Automotive took care of it in LESS than 10 minutes!!! They were incredibly kind and helpful, and even found another part of my car that needed to be secured and took care of that, without me even asking! If you’re in Salinas/Monterey, this is by far the best place for car repairs!! Will definitely be back! :)

I’ve taken my Toyota RAV4 to Trustlane for a while now. They’ve done a great job with both maintenance and fixing concerns. The best thing about Trustlane is they’re trustworthy. In a previous career I worked with many dealerships and car repair places in the past with regard to warranties. I’ve seen car repair places shirk responsibility and do devious things to cause repairs or deny repair coverage. Trustlane acknowledges missteps and corrects them to ensure customers are taken care of. They do good work, but if there’s an issue they will ensure you’re taken care of.

Pricey, but reliable. And with all the bad mechanics I’ve been through recently, it’s worth having a good one. Trust me. Warranty on parts, if you hang around during repairs they bring you into the shop to show you exactly what’s wrong and explain the issue to you, front desk/phone people are so kind, and QUICK turnaround times. They always start working on my car ASAP, which is so very much appreciated with how much I rely on it. Again, yeah labor is pricey. But only because they pay good mechanics for good work!

I stopped by without an appointment about an hour before closing just to see if they had time to smog my vehicle. They said of course we do! I sat in the waiting area no more than 10-15 minutes and my car was done! They even offered snacks and water while I waited. Needless to say I was impressed with their fast and friendly customer service.

The service here was great. I went to go update my registration. I had to get a smog. They had their card at Trustlane automobile. I met Cindy and Adrian lovely smile great personality. I love the service within an hour not even 40 minutes. I was out and on my way to register my car and test place for Auto care give them a try you’ll like them and you won’t go back.

The customer service was excellent! As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. While we waited, they offered us coffee, which was much appreciated. The place was clean and even had a few toys to keep the kids entertained. We got our smog test done for $60, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.

I called up to make an appointment for a car smogged and Brenda got me scheduled as desired. When I came in today they were all cheery and very friendly. I have been to a lot of car shop but Trust Lane is by far the most professional when it comes to dealing with their customers. They also have a very clean and spacious waiting area and offered you coffee and snacks. I got my car smogged in a jiff and they also had it checked as courtesy making sure your car is in great shape otherwise they will tell what’s needed. Juan the owner or operator did a good job making this place truly trustworthy. I will be coming back here for whatever my car needs. A family member used to take my car here but now I’m doing it myself and I’m glad I was introduced to this shop. Thank you guys!

Class A+ Service Shop, Juan and his team are very attentive from the time you walk in greeting you till the end when your service mechanic comes out and goes over the work the performed/recommendations. Brenda at the front counter show excellent customer service and explain line item by line item on your service that was performed. Snacks, Coffee and Water are provided inside the lobby while you wait. The shop provides a 3 year Nationwide Warranty on all service performed on your vehicle. This facility is a approved preferred AAA.
