I already expect high prices at a dealership but when I'm promised a service I expect it. Went in for an oil change and the inspection that comes with it. What I got was the oil change but the rest of the service was horrible. They dug through my glove box for the ratchet adapter to rotate the tires. I ended up with my registration and other paper work on the floor of my car and the adapter was just thrown in my cup holder. They marked that they checked and adjusted tire pressure and on double checking this I noticed the tire pressure wasn't even close to what they wrote in. Everything else on the inspection sheet was just filled in generically. Looking over other things it looked like they just signed off and didn't even bother doing it right. I've never had a problem in the past but once you loose your trust it's hard to support a business. We'll see what happens next time and I'll decide if I continue to go there.
Not great at diagnosing issues. Took truck in for a check engine light (P0420) and cruise control not working. They recommended a change of catalytic converter. Took it to another shop, and was told that catalytic converters usually last a lifetime. There was a leak in exhaust. Issue was repaired for $100 instead of over $3k. They stated cruise control was working. Had to change the break switch myself with a $10 part later. UPDATE: After speaking with the General Manager, he refunded me partially for this terrible experience.
Needed a repair on our Chevy volt... Everyone in that building were professional and kind. It took a bit of time to get the car in, but once in... They had it done and back to health the same day. They called to let us know if was ready to go and because it was under warranty, no money out of pocket. Great team. Great Service. Great people. Great job. Great experience! 😉🤜🤛
I want to thank Luis for being an awesome service center representative. I took my truck in for a replacement of the automatic transmission fluid and replacement of transfer case fluid. Luis was able to explain the importance of each job, suggested a change of filter as well, and provided excellent customer service.
