My experience at Cardinale Volkswagen was nothing short of infuriating. I visited the dealership to address a check engine light issue, but what followed was a nine-hour ordeal that left me utterly frustrated. Their treatment of customers is beyond comprehension. First, they dangled false promises—initially claiming the repair would take “2 to 3 hours.” As time dragged on, it became a broken record: “Almost done, just calibrations left,” And again, and again and again, until it really was almost time for them to close their business for that day. It took 9 hours. What can we do? Of course, we can’t just tell them to give our cars back. They know that. They don’t want their customers to know that. The reason why we brought our cars is for them to help fix the vehicle. They prey on customers that are not mechanics themselves. The next day, the problem came back, and when I called them for help, I was bounced around between departments until they rudely hung up on me. I called their service department and explained my issue to them, and they told me that it was probably better to talk to their other department and I was immediately transferred to the other department. When the other department picked up, I explained again, my situation and the lady immediately said they don’t handle this situation and without me having any time to respond, she immediately transferred me back to the service department. No one wanted to handle my situation. How is that good customer service? Adding insult to injury, they handed me a bill exceeding $1000—for repairs that might as well have been nonexistent. That’s a substantial sum for a broken promise. How do they expect us to survive? To pay rent? How in their right conscious do they feel like that is the right thing to do? I hope that future customers read this dealerships comments and see that a lot of their 1 star reviews are very detailed angry reviews from unhappy customers and a lot of their higher rated reviews are either very general or have no comments in them at all. After a detailed 1 star review you can see that there are floods of 5 stars with a simple sentence or even no comments at all. I really hope if this business truly wants to be a great business that they are reading what their customers are saying and not just replying to them blindly. While they appear friendly upfront, their true colors emerge once they have your trust. I would literally go anywhere else.
Service staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Waiting area is rather basic but you have the option to take a courtesy Lyft ride to Panera, Starbucks or somewhere else. The only negative is the terrible music they play from a local radio station - and that is everytime I have been there. Others I have spoken to agree. Sometimes you get a complimentary wash and other times not - hit and miss
My car has been there over week now and nobody cares about updating me on the progress. i called about 5 times yesterday straight to voice mail. Left voice messages and nobody bothered to call back. Cannot get worst service anywhere else. Marlene and Alex or what ever their names are cannot return calls. They’re always too busy to answer a simple 5mins phone call. do not come here, i’m warning you!!
Horrible experience being helped by evelyn the service advisor. She does not keep you updated about your service in a timely manner after 4 hours i had to call myself to get my own update. Advisor did not communicate in any way and I was left wondering where is my vehicle? Has it already been serviced or is it still parked? I felt my business wasn't important to Mazda after 4 years of being a customer.
Staff attended to me quickly and in a helpful friendly manner. I was comfortable in the waiting area. The coffee was good! They shared with me the service options that i had and i was confident in the choice i made.

Marlene is always great when I take my car for service. Whenever I have a question, she always takes her time to explain it on a well and patient way. Plus my last visit was really quick. That’s great because I didn’t have to be without my car for long.
