Impossible to do business with. Called them to get a quote for replacement of rear brake pads. Got transferred three times. The guy who finally took the call thought I was an employee and started giving me employee pricing but just for the parts. I called the service department. Then, I got disconnected during transfer -#4. Called back, went through a coordinator who was suppose to transfer to service advisor, who didn’t pick up but had a full voice mailbox. Moving on…

I am sorry but very disappointed. Customer service was poor. The manager was fine but the girl waiting on me rolled her eyes at me when I told her I didn't have a payment on my phone I just had my card. Also, she really was rude to me when I told her multiply times that I didn't have anyone to pick me up because something is wrong with my car and it is under warranty. I don't appreciate customer service making me feel the way she made me feel. Whatever happened to good old fashioned the customer is always right. She needs to learn a little respect. I don't believe I will ever do business there again because ever since I had to start going to the Mazda side for service I have been disappointed both times. The one that waited on me was very cold and rude and disrespectful both times.
