Friendly and helpful staff. I appreciate their transport service -when leaving my car they will take me home and then pick me up when repair complete. I also appreciate being notified when they find problems that could impact safety or potential issues with the car. I have been taking my cars here for many years and trust their work.

In my experience Bosch Automotive has always been #1 in quality of service and customer care. The office personnel and technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. When I pick up my car I know it is fully serviced, and also fully safe to operate; that is a good thing to know😃

I was stranded in Salinas when I was passing through to Palo Alto. I had my Odyssey van towed to Bosch where they diagnosed and repaired the issue in less than 24 hours. They were great. Lindsey was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them. Just be sure to check your emails since that seems to be their go to method of communication before texts and phone calls. Otherwise for getting me back on the road again in a timely manner they were stellar

I had an emergency on Highway 68 and had to have my car towed home. First thing Monday morning I called Bosh and spoke with Lindsey about my car. She was so helpful and put my mind at ease. I had my car towed to their place that morning and Ruben one of their mechanics called and explained what the issue was. He was so helpful and very understanding. I got my car fixed in no time and I will always remember to call Bosh anytime I have to have my car worked on. Greatest experience ever. Thank you all for your service and support. I couldn't pass smog and had 4 problems. I have an older Lexud and they had to find parts. We got it done. I appreciated the great work. They quoted me price and that was the price for repair. Good job.

My experience was great... I was greeted with the hello, and I hope your day is going well...they got me right in no problems.No trouble. and my truck even passed the smog!!! Having said that, I would give a 10 star rating.But I'm only allowed to give 5 because that's all that is available.Thank you
