Ben's Auto Repair in Salinas

Ben went out of his way to fix my vehicle when Wal-Mart stripped and rounded my oil drain plug. Those technicians left my vehicle alone for an hour. They just let it sit without notifying me and refused to admit their mistake. I did not want to risk an oil leak on a road trip so I searched for a local shop! I pulled up to Ben’s shop and explained my situation and he pulled out a vehicle he was working on to fix mine so I can be back on my way. His honesty, professionalism, and kindness won my trust so I asked him to recommend what needs to be repaired as well. He gave me a very fair price for the four hour repair. I rarely write a review, especially on a vehicle repair, but Ben deserves recognition. I truly appreciate his willingness to help when Wal-Mart messed things up.
