I went in for an oil change with my Lexus and had it done same day. Great service experience with Pablo. Found a vacuum hose that was not connected and glove box cabin door not latching on anymore after the service. Mike and Justin got me back the same day I called about the concern and fixed it right away.
Great customer service! My service representative was Steve who exceeded my expectations of service delivery. He showed genuine concern for my vehicle issues, explained the process, the estimate of my service. Because I live out of the area of Salinas he ordered me a Lyft ride! Steve kept constant communication on the service of my car, explaining the issues and expected completion. I strongly recommend Steve at the service department! Also, I was impressed by their short video presentation on a specific diagnosis I had requested for, giving me a more accurate picture of the condition and a peace of mind. My 2022Corolla Cross ran into a rough patch when me and my wife was redirected by Google on I15 near Oak Hill road because of a horrible traffic going to LA last Thanksgiving. It has 45k miles and needed to be serviced. So, I had an appointment last Wednesday, Dec. 4th at Salinas, CA. The Engine and Radiator covers were crumpled because of the off-road "detour" and I asked the Service advisor if they would be kind enough to fix the shrouds, replace a few clips and bolts that were missing---and since it was being serviced for oil and filter change, they would have easy access underside. They did no such things and said I needed to go to a repair shop where the condenser and radiator frames could be "straightened out" because they were pushed up and back, or something to that effect because of the incident, but it is drivable. Why couldn't the technicians at Toyota Service and Parts just do a customer a favor to temporarily fix a flapping engine cover? Is their jobs merely routine? Hell...why do they even disregard the recommended maintenance tasks that I just read on the Maintenance Guide? They even forgot to rotate the Cross's tires. My wife has a 1998 Corolla and it is still being serviced at Salinas. A very sturdy car!! That's why I bought the Cross!!! PLEASE keep it up next time and let us all BE SAFE. Keep your Toyota customers SAFE!
Amazing fast service. Called today, got my appointment same day and was ready in record time. Customer service was truly outstanding. Received a very warm welcome had me processed in matter of minutes and out in waiting room no more than 5 minutes. The Assistant Service Manager, Michelle Herena was very focused on my need for repair and handled it quickly.
Excellent service as always. Checking in was fast and easy. Staff was kind and courteous and remembered me. I have been going there for years and wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
