I had purchased the incorrect battery about three weeks ago. Fortunately, they promptly replaced it with a new, correctly sized one. The service was excellent, and there was no hassle. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Anthony!

I bought a new battery 2 days ago. From interstate battery.Then the next day. I put on my headlights. My hole dashboard lights went off. So I brought it too every mechanic and auto shop they all said it's the alternator. They all said i needed it and it was going to about 650 tp 700. I didn't think it was. Then I called O'Reilly in purndale and asked if they do a free. Alternator check. They said yes also a battery and starter check. I'm like. Yea right. Free. So I go there there next day. Josh a employee there checked the alternator and the battery and the starter and said look it's excellent all 3. I said what do you think it may be. He said. I can't give you that advice but it may just be a relay fuse or another fuse. Then he started asking questions. In the end . He said find honest mechanic they can tell you more. But it's not your alternator or battery or starter. Turned out Josh was right. What Went from a 700 job became a 6 dollar job. More managers should have people like Josh working them.
