AutoZone Auto Parts in Salinas

I came in because my car wasn't turning on. Junior offered to check battery and it tested bad. He took me into the store and showed me the prices and options offered. Once I bought it, he even installed in within a few minutes. This store in general has great customer service.

Great place to rent tools for automotive repairs. I needed a steering wheel removal to replace my turn signal lever. 30 minutes later, I had a functional turn signal lever once again.

Called and asked for jumping cables, and was told they had some for me to borrow. Once I get there a guy who had already declined my spouse to borrow some, tells me someone took the only pair they had and never brought them back since the other day and they supposedly never brought them back. That’s not right!!! They shouldn’t have to lie and say that and have people waste their time. I literally had to walk 1hr to get there and back to the car in the heat.. that’s bs that they always lie……

Fast and polite service. Was looking to replace my car's battery and while other AutoZone stores in the Salinas area told me the customer had to replace it themselves, the guys at this location got it replaced for me. Muchas gracias Daniel!

THEY OFFER GREAT SERVICE ESPECIALLY A WORKER NAMED EDDIE AND THE MANAGER NAMED CHRISTIAN THEY BOTH OFFERED ME GREAT DEALS AND HE SOLD ME A BATTERY FOR A GREAT PRICE. COMING BACK AGAIN FOR SURE.

Once again... Auto Zone came through in the clutch! Needed spark plugs, bought em and installed them but car still was throwing a missed cylinder code.. was short on cash and needed the ignition coil. Without me asking, Josh the manager hooked me up with a discount (10%) so u could afford the part. Both Josh (the worker who looked up the item) and Josh the manager were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely love my local autozone and others near and far.

Well the other they we tslk with one of the managers and i think was a little situacion and she gave me attitude and she call me kind of im a lier. So i think you guys have to training i little more . Thank you.

The store is fully stocked. They only let 6 People with masks on in the store at any time. This is stupid but it is what it is. They are just complying with the Monterey county health department Communist rules.
