I am a Solo female traveler and I was so moved by the customer service I received at this location. I strolled in to get a battery an hour before closing. Although I was told that they usually do those services for customers during daylight hours. However, this very nice young man named Tyler was happy to help me and trade out my battery. I was so grateful for his willingness. I saw that he was busy in the store on a specific tedious task. Yet, he was polite and friendly, and I acknowledge he went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Thank you Tyler!

If I could give this place a zero, I would in a heartbeat. An employee claimed my veteran husband was using “stolen valor” and all this because he can “tell his dependent ID card was fake” HOW sir can YOU tell the if an ID is fake? Ask for a manager next time if you aren’t sure but NEVER claim my husband is using stolen valor. In the end, he wasn’t given a military discount but was given a “courtesy” discount. We truly believed this happened because of the color of his skin because everywhere else he has been shown his dependent ID have NEVER claimed he has stolen valor. If this is how they treat veterans… Do better.

I went there to get a replacement headlight bulb for my van. The service that Jorge provided went above and beyond my expectations! He is a kind gentle spirit that cares about customers! This place runs so smoothly when the manager is present Ms Marta the manager have deep understanding and acknowledge about the costumers needs. Very friendly and professional. Always willing to go bnb the extra mile to meet more that your expectations. Great store. Very organized and clean all the time.
