This store does not commit to their hours, I came in still within service hours and they refused to assist me. Very unprofessional and should be committed to their opening hours that are posted.

We needed new windshield wipers and the associate helped us install them in the rain. That's fantastic customer service.

I entered AutoZone this morning, making eye contact with 4-5 employees, but not a single one offered assistance. Despite standing there for a decent amount of time, I left without receiving any help, leaving me disappointed with the customer service experience.

Been on hold for over 15 minutes. Sick of this, giving me wrong head gaskets I can't return because you have to open em to check em to the block. Also have given me wrong spark plugs too long, that literally would have destroyed my engine. Good thing I am familiar working on cars or all my stuff would be destroyed due to workers having no training on what they are doing. Step you game up!!!
