I highly recommend, the experience I had was great. I really like that they open early and had a shuttle service. They keep you informed every step of the way and send you alerts about your vehicle. They were able to get my repairs done in 4 days and the paint matched exactly!!! This car is 10 years old I was amazed. Highly recommend!!!

Very professional and accurate with their time frame. Patrick was very friendly and informative about what exactly was going to be done with my car. I’ve never had someone explain everything so thoroughly and in plain terms, because I don’t speak automotive. lol. I’d definitely go back if needed and will for sure refer friends and family in need of car repairs to Searsons.

I am so satisfied with the professionalism of the whole team at Searson Body Shop that I will be a walking advertisement for them. I dealt mainly with the front desk people. They were very pleasant and thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done. The people who actually worked on my car did an equally excellent job. My car looks new. I will add a picture later because I got a cover for the car and it’s on now. I don’t want any mishap to happen, because you see I was away and my car was in my driveway behind my gate. My neighbors painted their house in my absence and I came back to my car covered with little white dots. I was not sure they could fix that and I was ready to accept an end result that would not be perfect. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the car. It was as if it had just rolled off the assembly line. Thank you Searson. (1st photo with cover. Once I remove it, I will take another photo and add it). Updated with last photos without the cover (it just started raining.) In my previous review, I forgot to add that they offered me a ride to the Car Rental and I was able to drop off the car with them. Bottom line is that the service was impeccable.

Great customer from the beginning by showing concern for my health and well being. Then they went over what would be done to my truck for repairs. They gave me a ride to get a rental. After the 1st day I began to receive text updates. They gave me a rough date for completion which was a week. It extended 1 extra day they needed to fully exam everything. All my friends couldn't believe how quick they fully repaired my truck. I was recommended by my father in law and I recommended two other friends who are going to get their vehicles repaired. On and they have the rental company pick up the rental. Thanks to the team at Searson Body shop for getting back in gear!

Searson did a wonderful job fixing our Lexus RX after an accident. Patrick was honest and personable, and they were able to tune up some other things while the car was in - it drives better than before! I especially liked their electronic system for providing status updates, making it easier to coordinate with insurance regarding our rental. Five stars!
