What a bunch of nice people the employees are! Kept us informed through the repair of our vehicle! The body work was outstanding and they matched the metal flake paint color perfectly. Plus they returned our vehicle cleaner than they received it! Excellent job! Thank you all!
Malones collision was wonderful from start to finish! They got me in and out in a timely manner and I could not be more pleased! I made an initial call on a Friday, got my estimate on Monday, took my vehicle in on the following Monday and it was done on Thursday- earlier than expected! When I picked up my vehicle it was spotless both inside and out and truly looked as though it was brand new again. Everyone that I spoke to at the shop either in person or over the phone were extremely professional, upfront, and prompt. For all of these reasons I would return to Malones for any other repairs that I may need to conduct, and recommend the shop to any family and friends should the need arise!
Someone ran into our car, Malones was on the insurance list of shops for estimates, we took our car in and got an estimate, the insurance didn't want to repair the car, the insurance sent us a check so we hired Malones to repair our car directly to us We are very happy with the work, Diana and Daniel really helped us through the process and the car turned out perfect Thank you Malones!!! I took in my car a little over a month ago for a front end accident I had been in, from the very start, they were very great, courteous & professional. From the office staff to the people who worked on my car, they were all very nice & friendly people. I knew from the moment I called them & then went in, I knew I had made the right choice taking my car there because they made me feel valued & at peace knowing that my car was in good hands, and the end result showed that as well 👍 They gave me an estimation time of when car would be ready, even better, they finished up my car a week in advanced! They left it like new, even cleaned the car very nicely from the inside. There quick courteous prompt service was much appreciated, I would never hesitate to take my car in again for anything! Great Service, Warm and friendly welcome from the door, to the and of the process, very professionals , very happy with the results, hands down I will recommend to trust them with your vehicle. My only little issue was with the Manager, Hugo; but please don't get it wrong ..was more a funny situation than a bad experience. So please don't let my situation with the Manager Hugo to forget that they will go the extra mile for you. We all humans and make mistakes! I did upgrade my headlight bulbs from OEM to LEDS always on my cars, so in this case my crash were only the driver side headlight that got damaged and of course replaced it for a new one but they forgot to swap the LED bulbs from the old one to the new one. So, when I walked to do the check out process for my car The manager point it to me right away the difference of color on my headlight bulbs. I notice that right away. The manager Hugo made two mistakes in this case, The first one …. when he pointed out that the color of my right headlight wasn't the right color matching the other side because the bulb maybe (too old) that was funny to hear From a Manager of car shop repair.=) So I correct him! and explain that the real reason is different in color is because I do had installed LED bulb lights. (an upgrade that I made my self). so now the excuse was that the technician already left for the day so he will give me a call the next day!!! to fixed. The next day he never called me. so I had to drive to the shop late afternoon and asked for my led. So in the process of replace it he called me too go and verify that the LED bulb wasn't working... Here is his Second mistake (The bulb light doesn't work anymore is broken) . I am glad I was there present to see what was happening. So I replay to him LED connector lights work both ways if doesn't light up from use side ,you turn it to the other side and it should work!!! Well!!! yes it worked!!! I hope he learn little more from his mistakes specially being the manager of the car shop repair business ! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE OWNER that she really knows how to run a business!!!, this lady walks all day back in forward to the front of the shop to the back , making sure everything is running as it should be. Well her perception , costumer service and sense of urgency make her approached to me and asked me what was my issues , after I explain it to her , she immediately apologized with me and even offer me a Gift card to grab a cup of coffee. She was there to save the day and this review . THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CARE ABOUT YOUR COSTUMERS.
