Shoutout to David P. and all the workers who got my car back to 100%. After some issues came up, they handled and took care of them all. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked but it was all worth it in the end. They are a small locally owned shop but they are trustworthy and reliable. Dave and Augie were great to work with. Augie (owner) is very active in the daily business. You can tell he loves what he does and likes caring for his crew. Dave answered my questions in a timely fashion and kept me informed on the status of the work. The quality of the bodywork was excellent. I can recommend them without reservation.

Fantastic service at an affordable rate. They fixed my tailgate on my truck for a third to half of what I was getting quoted at other locations. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Delcas Auto Collision is awesome! My son was involved in an accident with my 2002 Acura. The insurance company gave me a choice where to take it and without knowing who’s who, I chose Delcas. I am so glad I did. When I arrived, David informed me that since it’s an older model car, it might be considered a total loss by the insurance company as the parts and work might be more than what the car is worth. I asked if we could save it somehow and David worked his magic. He gave me a quote and the insurance company agreed to it. A week later, I picked up my car and it looked amazing. Also, I received updates, via text, while my car was being worked on. Another plus for their customer service. David and Augie, the owner, provided outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met. Not only did they make my car look great, they save me from a salvage title. I told David that I love my Acura as I have had it for 2 decades and he understood this. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Delcas Auto Collision is amazing! What a great team. My son is a student at CSUMB, and was involved in a minor collision without injuries, that created quite a bit of damage to our Toyota's front end. We live a couple of hundred miles from Monterey and I had no idea where we would repair the vehicle. After doing a little research, I chose Delcas Auto Collision in Salinas. I could not be happier with my decision and the work that they did. From my very first phone call I was put at ease by a wonderful & kind lady named Olga. She reassured me that they would take care of everything and update me on a regular basis. As soon as they received the car, I was contacted by David Pinedo, the service writer, who explained the whole repair process to me. David kept me informed every step of the way as well a gentleman by the name of Augie. Olga, David and Augie were the ultimate professionals. Delcas Auto Body is A++

These guys came through for me in a big way. I was set to move overseas and ship my car on 12 Jan. A woman hit my car on the evening of 6 Jan, causing substantial enough damage that would not allow my car to be shipped and meet import requirements. Sunday morning I started calling dozens of collision centers in the Monterey area and leaving messages. Most never called me back. However, Delcas called me back on Sunday within a couple hours (even though they were closed). I sent them a few pictures of the damage and they said they believed they could get the car FULLY repaired (not just good enough for inspection but like I was never hit) in time for me to ship the car. I dropped the car off Monday morning and it was ready by noon on Thursday morning. They even drove me over to the Enterprise car rental location in Salinas. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. They replaced my front passenger fender, front bumper, and some components around the front passenger headlight and even painted. It looks like my car was never hit! I dropped my car off for international shipping on 12 Jan and it successfully passed all inspections! If the car had not been fixed, I would have had to leave it in the States and buy a new car overseas which would have been a huge financial expenditure. Thank you guys! This was a huge stressor that I did not anticipate less than a week before moving. I am so grateful for the support. Military friendly company, clean facilities, professional staff, excellent workmanship, and willing to go above and beyond for their customers.
