I have had the need to go to Battery Bill’s a handful of times over the years, and I can confidently say that there is no reason to go anywhere else. I have brought in my car for a new battery, brought in a friend for her car, brought in a friend’s battery for them to charge and test to see if it was the battery or the alternator, purchased batteries for my son’s 4 wheeler that I could not find at any other store within an hour of Sacramento, and most recently, I brought in my son’s whole 4 wheeler. I felt like an ass, but getting those batteries out is a pain, we were about to leave to go camping, and the 4 wheeler had no power, so, as a last ditch effort, I brought it in for them to help me out. Without complaint, he pulled the thing out of my car, got the batteries out, and put in new ones. They gave me a great discount because the batteries were a “little old”, kept the old batteries to charge them up and test them under a load, and loaded the 4 wheeler back into my car. (That last part in itself is quite impressive.) My kiddo had a great time tearing up the mud that weekend, thanks to the above and beyond effort of their staff, and I am so appreciative. Because I have had (many) only great experiences here, it is clear to me that helping their customers is the highest and main priority through the entire company. On top of all that, you aren’t paying for the service. You still are only paying for the battery, just like if you were to order one online, only you don’t have to do the work yourself, or wonder if it is the battery or the alternator, or the charger, or if there’s something else causing your issues. Also, you have a year warranty, not a 30 day return policy like amazon. Obviously I am hoping I don’t have the need for any battery help anytime soon, but if I do, I won’t be going anywhere else.

I purchased a battery from Battery Bill back in August of 2022. Service was great then, and cheaper than Costco, plus free installation. Fast forward to today, car won't start, I'm in a panic, hobble over to Battery Bill to see if they can check the battery. Unfortunately my battery was bad, FORTUNATELY it was still covered under warranty!! Whoop whoop! I was in and out, brand new battery and back on the road in 20 minutes. This place has been around since I was a kid and this is why. Best customer service ever. Becca and EJ thank you so much! While you're waiting you can peruse the "museum" section of the waiting area, there's a lot of really fascinating things. People shop local, let's keep these places around.

I had corrosion all over my terminals on my battery and Battery bill took care of it in less than 30 minutes. They were very kind and great customer service. I highly recommend them for all of your battery needs.

This place really took care of me at the last minute definitely our go to battery shop! THANK YOU BECCA you guys are all awesome would highly recommend for used or brand new either way they have the lowest price in town with a great quality battery.

OMG I love this place, everybody is so nice and helpful. The guy that changed my battery was extremely helpful, he went above, under, over and beyond and so did the lady at the register that helped me. Gave me a great price on my battery. They have the best price!! You can't beat it, they are so cool, We all have a name for our Honda's I love it, will recommend this place over another. Thanks so much.
